I ordered from McDonald app and when I got there my app glitched the curbside pickup, so I went inside to tell them. I asked an old heavy set silver haired lady if she could help me since my curbside dropped and she straight out said, It’s cancelled. I was like, no I have it on my app and it shows on my bank account. She walked to the cash register and said, nope it’s not there. And she said, it’s cancelled. I said , nope it can’t be I paid and I need someone to check my app. Well, some younger guy was there and I said, excuse me and I noticed he had a headset , but I could tell he was ignoring me and walked up to me annoyed. He came up to me and started telling the same story and I stopped him and he didn’t like that. He said, are you gonna let me finish or what or do you wanna talk? Right there I said, wait I am a customer and I paid for this food and you are saying I didn’t. Right then and there I showed him my bank account, but they refused to see the McDonald’s app. It’s on the app and it’s on my bank account and I want to know who is returning my refund and he said I don’t have to talk to you especially the way you are talking to me. So, I just showed him my personal bank account and for some odd reason they did not want to see their app, hmmm! That was very strange to me. Oh okay, I’ll report you guys then. And I will never return to this McDonald’s. I said, because someone has to help me get back what I was stolen? He said, your order is not here. I said, you haven’t even asked me my name. Then he walked away and said, I can refuse service and walked away. They basically stole my money and were very rude. These people have no customer services experience. They should have more common sense. They should have started by saying, We are sorry, and we think you should come back Monday to talk to our manager about the issue since you have evidence, but they didn’t. Well, I took pictures and the Silver hair lady said, She is taking your picture. I sure did! These people are mad and working with customers who pay for food. McDonald’s, you need to find people with good ethics and better understanding. I was not rude, I just wanted someone to help me understand why I was being charge and why my order was not there. For some odd reason , I’ve heard that this McDonald’s has very rude personnel and unprofessional behavior. I will never return to it and I will warn everyone about it. I noticed a medium sized crowd hovering around the counter to order the food, but nobody was there. The management placed a decorative barrier where you “used” to order your food. There was a clerk who was helping people use the kiosk order the food, and she encouraged the people in front of me to do the same. I asked the clerk if there was anyone to take my order at the counter and she said the counter for ordering isn’t open anymore. She said I would have to order from the app or at the kiosk from now on. I immediately left. I went to another McDonalds where they still take your order at the counter. This is called customer service. By forcing a customer to use an impersonal kiosk you’re essentially saying “We’re too busy to take your order or care about your specific needs or requests”. They gave us our big mac which was literally hanging half way out of the box and they just closed it on the big mac and threw it in the bag. I guess hoping we wouldn't check. I always check because they ALWAYS forget items or get the order wrong!
We got 30 nuggets and asked for 3 different sauces only got 2 sweet & sour none of the others we requested!
Waited probably an additional 5 mins (after already waiting for 10 mins) for our fries and yup they shorted us a fry too.
When they came to give us our new big mac we were telling him about the fries. He just kept saying, "what size, what size?" Didnt even let my husband talk nor did he apologize at all!! They acted as if we were bothering them! No customer service at ALL!
When this location first opened it was the best! Well not anymore..... they are consist with one thing..... getting worse every time I go. I will no longer be going to this location! I will be driving out of the way to got to another one and I recommend you...
