Ribs & Co has completely redefined my idea of Korean BBQ. From the second I stepped inside, I could tell this place was something special. The atmosphere is buzzing and vibrant, with the perfect balance of energy and warmth. The sleek modern decor combined with the traditional Korean touches gives it a unique charm, making it feel both trendy and authentic at the same time. Whether you're here for a casual hangout or a more special celebration, this place sets the right mood.

The real star of the show is the food, of course. The selection of meats is next-level. We went with the Premium menu, and each option was fresh, flavorful, and incredibly tender. The beef short ribs (galbi) were especially amazing—sweet, savory, and perfectly marinated.

Each table has its own grill, and the experience of cooking the meat yourself is both fun and satisfying. The server was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process, making sure everything was cooked to perfection. They also kept an eye on our grill, adjusting the temperature as needed and making sure the meat didn’t overcook. You can tell they truly care about the quality of your meal.

One of the best parts of the dining experience was the service. The staff was not only friendly and attentive but also very knowledgeable about the menu. They walked us through the different meat options and even recommended a few sides that we hadn't tried before. Throughout the meal, they checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly without hovering, and their warm, welcoming attitude made the experience feel even more personal.

The restaurant also offers a great drink selection, with both traditional Korean beverages like soju and more standard options for those who aren’t familiar with Korean drinks.

OK, I don’t ever leave for reviews, but this one is a mess as I am extremely disappointed

The moment we walk in it was off it was 5 adults 2 toddlers we get seated and than get asked to measure my sons hight. I was told my kids were free so would be charged for 5adults. So you know If you have over 6 adults they include 18% tip. Food was ok but the service was the worst never have I had such an horrible service or attitude like this place. They never came to check up, cup had a bad chip and we were not given refill on water. For the price this is not the place.

As we finish up we get the receipt and are charged 6 Adults and 1 child so they included the 18% tip to total. I asked a waitress about it and he said it was a mistake it would get taken care of than another young man comes and tells me he’s sorry and will take care of it. He came out with another receipt and it was still not corrected how I was told than he states he’s the owner well he seemed upset over everything they all speak with attitude with a sorry at the end. Bottom line, it was taken care of, but it came with attitude

I will not be coming here again, nor would I recommend this place due to lack of service, horrible attitude as that for me is crucial and trying to make your visit a great experience and we did...

Literally just walked out of the restaurant after having our meal and ran to leave a review. The food was average, our server was great, but my goodness the level of ringing in my ears due to the bus boys man handling the plates and silverware as they cleaned up each table left me with so agitated. The volume is AWFUL in this restaurant. Between the gangster rap music blaring, the dishes being clanked around so unnecessarily loud and people screaming over each other just so they can hear each other absolutely makes this one of the worst dining experiences. Will never return again. Absolutely ridiculous level of noise. I mean I have 3 kids and a Chihuahua. Loud noise is part of my daily life. This was so outrageous that I can't write enough bad things about it . I usually only leave positive reviews because my negative experience usually could be an unfair review, but NOT this time. Absolutely horrendous. I'll stick with Gen BBQ. Really wish I could leave 0 stars. And after paying $175 for 4 people for mediocre food and an assault on my ears that just leaves more irritated by this experience. Buyer beware. Take ear plugs if you absolutely must eat here.
