Starbucks — Restaurant in La Mirada

This Starbucks on telegraph and carmenita in Whittier boy oh boy.... Slow as molasses. I placed an online order before going to work around 6:50am I arrived at around 7:25. My food order was ready but my coffee order was not. I waited another 10 min. I asked how much longer will it be and she never answered me. I waited another 5 min. I asked again how much longer for my drink order. Gave her my name and again she was flustered and did not answer my question. Turns out my ticket was lost.... So instead of asking me what did I order and I can show them my receipt on my phone she just ignored me. It was such a bad start to my Friday ( shaking my head) . To get my refund I had to wait on another huge line. I just left. I was out my coffee that morning. So disappointed ☹️☹️. I later had my coffee delivered. So much work for a cup...

Great service and everyone is always nice, but I think they make their drinks differently here. I dont know why I keep ordering drinks here, no matter what the drink is, it always comes out watery. I'm guessing it's a training problem or maybe a protocol issue, because it's at every time of day, so they must have been trained to do it that way. I love coffee and I starbucks hop in this area a lot, and this is the only Starbucks that is consistently making watery drinks. My fiance says they do it with his refresher lemonades too. Most wouldn't notice it, so maybe they don't care, but my fiance and I notice it and we keep telling ourselves well stop giving this place a chance but we still do and still disappointed. I hope it changes soon. I hate having to go out of my way to the other starbucks...

I don't get how this Starbucks has great reviews. I decided to finally post a review as my coworker laughed at my coffee yesterday and said you must have had to stop by the "other starbucks". I always have 5-6 shots espresso in my latte and my drinks are always perfect at every other Starbucks, I love starbucks! except this location. First off they have never greeted me as I come in and I have been ignored twice when I have said hello and worst of all my coffee is pale and always tastes horrible. This was the 4th time I have visited and it always puts a bad taste in my mouth and mood. I only ordered here since it is conveniently located on my way to work when I am running late, its always early am and not busy so i dont get it. Won't make the stop at this...
