I was worried when I heard some Starbucks locations were closing, and I hoped this location wouldn’t be affected—because it truly stands out! I’m not usually the type who studies here or orders multiple drinks, but there’s something about this store that makes you want to keep coming back. This Starbucks deserves all the stars in the world plus more!
The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Every time a customer walks through the door, they’re greeted with a smile. I’ve never once heard any negativity from the team member or customers—it’s such a positive environment where everyone genuinely enjoys being there. I have over so many years of retail history, so I know when I see and experience excellent customer service and I can say with confidence that everyone strives to do better, be better, and excel in what they do here!
On my visits, Dani remembered me after two visits and struck up a kind, encouraging conversation, which made me feel valued. David impressed me with his knowledge of the menu and thoughtful drink recommendations. And the little handwritten notes on the cups? Absolutely adorable! They always brighten my day and show how much the staff goes above and beyond.

Read moreI have been a daily Starbucks customer for close to 5 years now and received the most horrible service this morning. My croissant was frozen inside and the baristas made my drink wrong. When I politely asked them if they would mind remaking it, they gave me nasty looks and told me that the drink I received was the drink I ordered. It was not. Not even close. I have ordered the same drink everyday for years and this was not it. After begrudgingly remaking my order, it came out the exact same and when I asked if they were sure if it was in fact the drink I ordered, they laughed in my face and said, "if you don't want it, you can go somewhere else". I was shocked. Normally Starbucks is very good and courteous when it comes to correcting their mistakes. I get that mistakes happen, we're all human. But this was handled in an abysmal manner. I wouldn't go back to this location in a million years. Lots of energy and in a very good location.Lot's of businesses for shopping and entertainment, with AMC La Mirada 7 nearby as well as Albertsons, Chuck E Cheese CVS pharmacy, Wells Fargo, Chase Bank and even a smoke shop as well as Panera Bread right next door. Staff is fast and know what they are doing..Service is friendly and efficient. Can get busy so seating can be at a premium during peak hours.My only complaint is my AT&T data service for my phone hits some weird dead spot at this particular location.
