Wendy's — Restaurant in La Mirada

I use to work for Wendy's and so I know the standards they have. And this location is always under performing. Theyre slow and the product is never fresh. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and I asked for it to bed freah cause the last time it was ridiculously old. The guy at the register, Brandon was nice about it. He asked the lady for a fresh one..and she had attitude...then tried to give me one that was "2 or 3 mins old" I opened it and the chicken was cold. I laughed and was like "ill wait the i mins for a fresh one." I also ordered a couple chilis and they didnt have chili seasoning. I asked for a refund for my chili cause I only like it with the seasoning. And all of a sudden they found some. I don't know why they can't get it together. I still work in the restaurant industry and its never okay to be out of something or not give the best product you can from open to close. Dave Thomas has square patties for a reason...cause he doesnt...

The staff got one burger incorrect. They served us a double stack when we ordered a bacon double stack. When I went to the counter to have it corrected, they simply handed me a strip of bacon in a container. Am I now an employee since I'm the one the had to finish putting this together properly? Where's my paycheck for the assist? There was no ice in the self serve machine. We all filled up without ice because the wait line to get oce was entirely to long since those waiting to place an order and those waiting for ice were all in one line die to Wendy's having only one employee up front. There were no napkins in the dining area, no soap in the restroom, tables were all dirty with crumbs and spilled drinks, and the floors needed a good mopping. I don’t like this Wendy’s. The last couple of times I’ve gone there, the food was cold and had been sitting under lights and not hot, I could immediately tell. It was really cold outside and late in the day so I didn’t want to drive back. Also they put the sauces right by a window during the day that the sun beats down on, it makes them warm. It’s disgusting. One time I found a hair in my food there. When I went back to complain I saw one of the cooks putting a sandwich together with her hair all loose and hanging in the front. With a loose sagging fold in the ponytail. And last time I ate there the buns were dry and aged and not soft at all. The chicken In that sandwich was lukewarm and too crunchy and also dry.
