The staff is atrocious! I am on the road a lot and have visited several Jersey Mike's. This location, which happens to be the closest one to my house, is the worst one we have been to. Tonight, after we placed an online order, they stated that the wait for a hot sandwich would be an hour. That was after the staff informed us that they were out of white bread so the sandwiches would be on wheat. They told us to return "tomorrow" so they could make our meal because they could not issue a refund since part of my order was paid with Shore Points. I have a feeling my credit card company will issue the credit when I dispute the charge. A Sub Above, the Owner of Jersey Mike's, should re train the Franchisee and staff on customer service and policy because the way that location is being run is not right. How are these people trained to handle perishable food and follow health standards if they can't handle the business/transactional end of things, including maintaining proper inventory prior to the dinner rush? I asked for a #9 Club Supreme Regular on Rosemary Parmesan Bread, Mikes way, Heavy on the Vinegar, and BBQ chips. That's exactly how it looked in a text message form my boyfriend. Normally he comes to get our food from here. This was my first time ordering. Another lady came in by this time. The gentleman was making the first sandwich. But I also wanted to order a #26 which is the Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak. He asked the lady behind me for her order and called to the back from help. I spoke up stating that I also wanted the #26. He said he was sorry and didn't realize I wanted two different sandwiches. Alright cool. They made my sandwich on regular bread when I asked for Rosemary Parmesan Bread. So they remade it again. I get home my sandwich honestly didn't look like chicken cheese steak at all. Read moreExtremely dishonest! Buyer Beware! When paying for my sub I was asked to review & authorize my order like anyplace else. When looking at the Credit Card Machine a screen popped up and quickly went away. I only caught a glimpse of it and it kinda looked like a screen that asked if you want cash back. Apparently, it was a screen to add a tip because when reviewing my receipt there had been a tip added to my carry out order. I questioned the employee and he insisted there was no tip on my receipt it was tax. The Receipt clearly stated Sub $13.65 Tax $.82 Total $14.47 Tip $1.37 Total $15.84 Then he gets an attitude and says You can just speak to the manager and he can further explain it to you. There was nothing to explain is written here in Black and White. Then they all want to say it’s MY fault I had to authorize the tip by tapping the screen.
