Will not answer phone at all and they pick it up just to hang up on you. Contacting CEO to let him contact Franchise owner. I called 75 times; excessive, yes, but done just to show that 90% of those calls were hang ups on me. Keep in mind this is after 6pm. Originally called due to a very bitter taste in my taco salad. And it led to this. How about just answering the phone and TALKING with one of the people that make it possible for you to work and get a paycheck. I even heard a female voice in the background. The energy they put into picking up & hanging up on me, you could have resolved the issue with less effort on the first answer! After a pleasant experience in drive-thru, to this type of rudeness. Don't bother with this taco bell. Drive a little further and go to one that actually maintains food times. My orders always include something with beans (cheesy bean & rice, bean burrito, 5 layer burrito, etc) and 9/10 times the beans will be old, cracked, and stale.
The beans are obvious to notice because anyone who's had beans can easily tell the difference between beans that have dried up and ones that are still edible.
Which means, if the beans are old and dried up. All of the other food must be too. Please don't eat at this taco bell. Any of the others will give you better food. Someone needs to get this place a manager than forces them to maintain the times on when to throw...

When I came today for a drive thru order CRUNCHY RED WIG in the drive thru had an attitude. Being rushed for my order, waiting an extensive time for my order to be completed because everyone was giggling and into their conversations more than their job, and giving me my order and slamming the window before I asked for sauce wasn’t even the highlight of tonight. When I beeped my horn to tell her what sauce was needed it was THROWN in my bag. CRUNCHY WIG refused to open the window back and the “manager” answered and said he would talk to her .
