Worst costumer service the assistant manager jake doesn’t know anything hung up the phone when I asked him where the remaining order of mine was that I waited for for 2 hours asked for the actual manager to talk to and said she was to busy and said it would be an additional 2 hours to get our full order (so 4 hours total) so I called back and talked to the manager and seems like she needs some training too because all she has was excuses and wouldn’t refund my money only would give me a credit on my account which I could care less to order from this place again especially since last time we ordered they said they would do a credit also and never happened they won’t give out corporate number but will call their off duty manager to give me a call after spending 60 dollars today and then last time over 300 to get incorrect items we ordered I will not support this business again for the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and for the terrible knowledge these workers have or so called managers. Read moreThe same situation as started below just happened again. August 7, 2021. I called about 15 minutes ago and was on hold the entire time. I drove to Marcos and asked if they were closed. Apparently they quit answering the phone because the guy in the back had a lot of dishes, and they had quit making deliveries already. Well that's fantastic, but I was calling for a takeout order. The store was clearly not closed, the girls were standing at the register counting the drawer down. Who's setting the hours here? Marco's corporate or the little girls working behind the counter? Domino's Pizza gets this order. And it'll probably be another 6 months before I try to come back here

Read moreIf I could give this store a zero I would. I ordered a steak and cheese sub. Suppose to be steak cheese mayo mushrooms and add black olives. My order was for delivery i also had an Italian sub and salad. They told me it would be 50 min. When delivered my order was $32 i handed the boy $40 never got offered change no biggie i would have gave him it as a tip anyway. I open my sandwich and all there is is bread cheese mushrooms and banana peppers.....no meat???? I call back to be told they can not re deliver a new sandwich...so i ask to speak to the manager. Her name was Ashlet. She proceeds to tell me they will redeliver in 2 hrs and proceeded to laugh about the whole situation. When asked for cooperate number she proceds to cuss and tell me she does not know the number and good luck to me and her name is Ashley and proceeded to laugh and hang up.....worst customer...
