Never again. Recently the new manager of wendys came on facebook promising wendys was better now. LIES! The guy who took my order wasn't listening at all. I had to repeat myself 3 times. Then they pull me forward after i paid. He gave me a drink though. I sat for 8 min. I pulled back up to the window and said I didn't order a coke no ice. I need a straw and I need to know what's going on with my order. A lady finally walks out to my car with the food even though I was at the window by now. I said with the way things are going I need to check my order before I go. There was no butter for the potatoe and no blue cheese for the spicy nuggets. I said you guys really need to get it together. This is awful. The lady who brought my food out was still standing next to my car and said you need to be quiet. You ain't gonna talk to me like that. I ain't the one. So your employee threatened me because I told them they need to get it together? Very professional. All the enployees i interacted with appeared to be high. Read moreEverytime my boyfriend goes through the drive-thru at this location the order is ALWAYS wrong. Voting one star due to this happening every time over several years.
Today he ordered Junior BACON Cheeseburgers and had to request mayo to be added (because he was told mayo doesn't come on those). When he got home, we realized the reason this was questioned was because the person taking the order apparently heard "junior cheeseburger" which is just a disgusting blend of all the condiments (except mayo) and a tiny sliver of meat and cheese.
THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME! The employees don't listen to orders or they can't hear the orders. Fix your intercom or hire competent employees OR BOTH. We've taken so many breaks from Wendy's due to this location screwing up EVERY TIME. This is unfortunate because Wendy's is my favorite fast food restaurant and it's the only one nearby.
We don't even take advantage of this restuarant being available on doordash due to how incorrect our orders have been in the past... so unfortunate...

Read moreI was here on a wednesday night about 8pm in the drive-thru. I pull up to the ordering intercom and immediately greeted with a very cold and rude voice. I shrugged it off and proceeded to order what I wanted. I had a car full of people so I was pausing between the items ordered to make sure i was hearing and saying the items correctly. The woman on the intercom seemed to get more and more agitated with the more food I ordered. Somehow it seemed I was inconveniencing a fast food employee by simply ordering food. The food was room temperature and very sloppy even though I was the only one there (no customers in the parking lot as well as none in the drive-thru). It seems as though the employees here are more concerned about making money and doing nothing for it than actually serving the customers which is bad business practice. I didn't even bother talking to the manager figuring if the employees were acting the way they were, the manager was probably the one that taught them. I will never be going back to this Wendy's which is a shame because Wendy's is my favorite fast food...
