Tierra Mia Coffee Drive Thru — Restaurant in La Puente

While they attempt to be friendly the staff has an incredibly difficult time managing the drive-thru. They either can't understand what people are saying whether you said to them in English or Spanish so they're constantly interrupting you with her I'm sorry what I'm sorry can you repeat that even when there are no other cars behind you and your car is turned off. At one point we were hand it off to another employee who seem to be able to do much better at the window. In addition multiple times you will verify something at the drive thru to ensure that they have it and then you get to the window for them to tell you that they're sorry but they're actually going to be out. Had that scenario happen three times in one order, it's like what was the point of asking you when we were at the drive-thru order screen where we had the full menu in front of us so we can make other choices if needed? Additionally whoever manages this one does not do a good job of knowing what is popular. We have been to this location three times in the last 2 weeks to try their address strawberry muffin which I was told is amazing, but every time we go they are always sold out. We were told to come earlier so on a Saturday we went before noon and they were already sold out.. after having ask the girl at the order screen if they had them and she verified they did, which goes to my earliest point. The chain may be amazing and have a wonderful twist and take on various drinks throwing the Latin flare into a standard coffee House experience but this particular location needs a lot of help. I've been to others and they are far above the performance of this one. The 3 girls behind the counter were so rude. When my party walked in, they didn't acknowledge us. We waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes. They never said anything to us. To be fair, they did have a line in the drive-thru, but they could have at least said we be right with you or something like that. Finally we asked can we order and one of the younger girls asked the older lady which I think was the manager "Can I take their order" and the older lady rolled her eyes and said "yeah whatever". So we asked for a few different drinks and pastries, and the older lady kept saying, "We don't have anymore, we're out." So we asked what do u have, and she only offered us 2 drinks. It was my first time there, so I ordered one of the options she gave me. I was very disappointed with the drink. It tasted as if she had just filled up the cup with whatever she had. Worst coffee experience, not sure if it was just because it was the thanksgiving rush on Thanksgiving day but I should've known as soon as we pulled into the very long line at the drive thru. So pulled in waited in line, then when we finally got to the menu to order we were told to wait a moment but we waited and waited and waited.
