So I talked to a lady there a couple of days ago and Hispanic lady she had an accent and I had three daily doubles that I ordered and they had ketchup on it. Well, the daily doubles don’t come with ketchup they come with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and onion. I’m allergic to ketchup. It could kill me. I told him not to put ketchup instead of her, giving me daily double she gave me doubles so tonight I called back to go by and pick up the order that they promised me I could get and guess what Jose really rude disrespectful person tells me the manager this working don’t understand English. How did she get the job? How is she communicating? We don’t know, but here’s the problem. He tells me I have to file a claim. How do you file a claim? He doesn’t even have any idea on what that means not a complaint a claim like a lottery ticket claim and I said I was told I can come pick these up. I even gave him the name for it and still he says no you have to wait. I’m not doing that. I’m not remaking your food. I said you sold me burgers that could’ve killed me Not my problem. I don’t care that’s your problem. Wow I won’t be back and Jason Cole if you’re reading this, you might want to look into who’s working there and who’s documented because there’s something wrong here if there’s somebody working there in America and they have no idea how to speak English to communicate with the customers and their manager. We have a problem because he told me she don’t speak English and I recorded the phone call so Jose if that’s your real name, you lost my business I won’t be back and I know this is probably a local only McDonald’s so I hope the owner reaches and God forbid that anything has to go through there like ice because you sit there and denied me a remake after you knew that could’ve killed me and that’s why I’m upset because you knew that and you told me to make a claim that don’t even make no sense. This is a business in America and you’re running it like a business in the middle of somewhere that nobody knows anything about so I will not eat there again. If the owner reaches I don’t even want a refund. I am very sick to my stomach that he said he didn’t care to file a claim so I guess it’s like a gold mine. Read moreI find it truly unfortunate that I'm leaving this review being that I work in the food service industry, and I'm way more patient than most. I placed a mobile order through the app at 7pm. It's now 8:41 and my family and I have no food. My husband went to the restaurant to pick up our order and they said that because he didn't have the phone that the order was placed on that they couldn't find it. No problem. He came back home and picked me and my phone up, and we returned to the restaurant. I understand that things happen with technology and for whatever reason my order did not pop up. I provided the receipt that was emailed to me, and they still couldn't find the order. After trying to find the order in the system to no avail, I was asked to show the payment on my bank statement, which I then provided. Mind you this is an hour and a half after the order was placed, I had a receipt, and the charge shown on my card statement. As a line was forming behind us I asked that since I provided the receipt could they please provide the food. It was $33 total. They told me that I would have to contact customer service in order to receive the food, but could not provide the contact information. To myself as an operator, this happens to us occasionally and we do our best to accommodate the guest knowing that it's not their fault. I would rather take a small loss and keep a customer for life. After working all day and waiting this long to figure things out, and them saying that they couldn't do anything to help me, I was tired, hungry, and fed up. I told them that I would find the information for support myself. Needless to say we left empty handed, out $33 and the number I found for customer service said that they were closed for the day. Read moreI have gone to a differ McDonald's and this one is just the worst because first the young man that was the cash register he attended the lady that front of me and the he walk away and the manger I think he was the manger he got my order and he was very nice I don't know his name and when they gave me my order the young man that was at the register that did not want to attend me he gave me my food threw it on the counter and then walked away I was going to ask him for something else he ignored me completely and then I said excuse me can I please have some honey mustard and sweet and sour and he just gave it to me with an attitude and his face looking at other employees and laughing I think that is very unprofessional for a employee to be talking to other employees while he is attending the customer. I have worked in customer service for quite a while I would say over 10 years and I have learned throughout the years that I have to be nice to the customers and not give them attitude I understand with all this pandemic that it's going on there's no need to treat customers in a bad way. And if the employees that have an attitude like and does not want to work there then just quit your job. We need to be more nicer to customers and to employees and what ever they are going through should stay outside of the work place and not bring to employees or customers because it will effect the environment of...
