Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in La Verne

Terrible customer service! Absolutely unacceptable and probably the worst service I’ve ever received from the Jersey Mikes sandwich shops!! I'm writing this review in hopes the manager is made aware. I've been to this branch in particular (La Verne) twice this week and have been disappointed twice by the young staff they have there. The staff is absolutely rude and answer sarcastically. They have complete apathy when it comes to customer service and lack the fundamentals of being polite. When picking up my online order earlier, before my order I kindly asked if this was mine, and the young lady sarcastically replied to me "well yeah, that's you." It caught me off guard and I had told her she was absolutely rude. On another occasion the staff, a young man this time, was also rude to me while making my sandwich, which is why i went the online order pick up route this time around and as stated earlier in my story, was also a failure. Your staff aside from being rude, doesn't seem to like their job much and i don't know if they project it to the customers but I will definitely not be coming back to the La Verne branch anymore. I want to start off by saying I really love Jersey mikes and I've been to this particular location a few times and the staff is always lacking manners and curiousness but today was a whole new experience . The crew working are so rude and unpolite I get they don't want to be there but don't take it out on the customers . I had a online order and I also ordered a number 13 at the counter the crew never even asked what I wanted on it they were just talking to each other practically ignoring me the top of piece of bread was somewhere on the counter like it was trash fine paid for my sandwich the guy the cash register looked like he was high out of his mind .went to my table and ate my sandwich .
