My experience at this store is amazing every time. The staff has it together. They are on top of it all the time. They have great customer service and always friendly. They make me feel like I'm at home when I come in. They know me by name and everyone of them always call me by my name when saying hello or even goodbye, they are truly an amazing group of employees. I ordered curb side pick up online today 5/5/24 at La Verne location. I got there clicked I’m here and waited an hour. I finally had to go in after watching multiple people go in order after me and leave. No one acknowledged me or my order. When I went in the two young ladies said they were looking for something. Then I get home and my sandwich was incorrect. There was cheese on it and I asked for no cheese. Very very poor service. No apology, no here’s a cookie for your trouble, nothing. I’m done with...

Worse sandwich I've ever had. The turkey was rancid. It not only tasted bad but smelled rancid also. It was either old or not refrigerated properly. I could not get the bad taste out of my mouth for several hours after eating part of the sandwich, plus I felt ill all night and the next day.
