La Verne Miss Donut & Bagel — Restaurant in La Verne

This small donut shop is ran by one of the nicest families I've met. It's an incredibly comfortable environment and I found myself coming to this location as a home away from home (Pre Covid). Unfortunately I don't believe you can sit down anymore, but I still stop by a few times a month to grab my donut and coffee.

As a side note, it looks like they really support veterans and hold small support groups/meetings for veterans. Again, this was all pre-covid times, but I'm sure they would resume again once the pandemic dials back a bit.

Overall, if you live in the area, be sure to try this place out if you're craving a quick donut or coffee (among other foods). If you're driving through on foothill (Route 66) be sure to give them your support! I'd hate to see this family go out of business during these...

Loved it. I went there thirty (30) minutes ago. I got one dozen donuts, and two bagels. They are hard to resist if you have a Donuts/Bagel (breakfast) hankering. They have a great business, great employees, and of course they have excellent Donuts & Bagels. They open around 4 AM, but if you want the freshest supply of hot off the presses donuts, bagels, coffee, etc., getting there early is the welcoming price to pay. Cost ended around 7-8$. Been coming here for 6 or 7 years and always been giving this establishment good business. Lately in the last few months I been noticing the bran muffins are ice cold or hard. Yesterday March 15th 2024 was the last draw for me that my muffin was "ice cold" (actually ice chips inside the muffin) as if there freezing leftovers, so this is a clear indication that it's not made fresh daily. And the complete nerve to charge me $3.00 (full price) as if it was fresh. I'll be disputing the rest of the amount with my bank. Be very cautious when your buying...
