Taco Bell — Restaurant in La Vernia

I've been looking forward to the return of the Mexican Pizza and the combo that I got every week for over 30 years... until Taco Bell discontinued it. After my local Taco Bell was "Sold Out" of the Mexican Pizza" for the last 3 months, they finally had it again. I ordered, "Combo #9" and looked so forward to getting my cherished Mexican Pizza w/Taco Supreames. After driving 10 miles round trip, just for this combo, I sit down and start to unwrap my prize. Prize, it was not! One of two taco shells were broken; neither taco had sour cream (which makes it a supreme); my Mexican Pizza's toppings were slide to one side (though I held it flat the entire time) and finally, the Mexican Pizza had nowhere near the amount of ingredients it was supposed to. Needless to say, I was VERY disappointed. Again, I had this meal every week for well over 30 years (minus my military deployments). I would also like to add that you need to go back to the original recipe as I remember: pizza sauce on tortila w/refried beans & ground beef, topped w/another tortilla smothered w/more sauce, & covered w/a cheese blend, black olives, chopped tomatoes, and chives. Absolutly terrible, ive had 4 bad experiences in the last 2 weeks here. Got two burritos that were cold becuase they had 10X too much sour creme in them. Like these burritos were over 50% sour creme. Absolutely disgusting. They gave me the wrong kind of nachos, i orddered nacho fries... Been good before but you guys really dropped the ball. It's been going downhill for almost a year now, just keep forgetting items in my order and getting them wrong even when the ticket says the right thing. I'm done eating there after you messed up every single item on a 4 person order. You should be ashamed of your customer service. You leave the phone off the hook because you are tired of all the complaints, I've called 7 times tonight and couldn't get through a single time. Your taco bell went from being one of my favorites to a complete NO GO since everything I get from you is disgusting are messed up...

My family and I will no longer patronize this particular Taco Bell. My son and daughter in law made a $26 order a week ago. Upon getting home with the food in Stockdale, found that EVERY item including ones which do not normally have sour cream was covered in it. They called spoke to a manager who said they would replace the order on the next visit, they just needed to bring in the receipt and they had written the managers names on it. Well today, they went to get the replacement meal and were told they complain too much and they will no longer serve them and did not replace the meal. Now mind you this was a first time they’ve complained about food here. Which I encourage her to do. There are better places to support...
