Will never go here again. I went in last night And put in my order and sat down. Then my son call to see if I could get something else so I went backup in order that and I said I was completely fine with waiting between the customers that have came since my 1st order. Time went by. I see people who ordered after me. I just looked at it as maybe they had a smaller now as I had bought the tueni dollar bucket. I sit for a little longer in my name finally gets called. It is the secod order. She was confused but then I keep from my receipt and she went back turns out for one reason or another the order was not to done so they did it while I waited. I then drove home which is about a 10 to 15 minute drive to find out there is no chicken. I call to times times no answer I let it ring for a long time as well. So I thought well I'm gonna have to go up there any ways to get my chicken so let's just go up. We drive up another 10-15 min drive. I get there and let the lady know everything. She went back then came back up and said I can give you your chicken but nothing else. Will and had asked due to the fact that our food is now almost 45 minutes old sitting on the counter at home if we could get our sides replaced as well so that our whole meal was warm I never got mad I completely kept calm said I understood mistakes happen but I did not understand why they would not redo the sides so that we may have a good meal I figured it was the least they could do for all of my trouble that I had gone through. When I asked for the manager I was told when she came back that he is busy counting change. I was very upset or disappointed I should say but kept calm I said may I get his name please. She then said just a minute I'm go get him. Two min. Later he comes out to the counter. I told him everything and my feelings about it. He said he didn't know that the sides were messed up. I let him know they werent. But by the time we get home they will have been sitting out for over an hour which means hard biscuits that are not hot temperature potatoes and macaroni and cheese. I did say yeah when we get home we could sure throw in the microwave but we would really prefer to have fresh food swap were paying for and he does sat there and looked at me straight in the eye we just stared at each other for a couple seconds eye to eye in silence. We never once for any of the mistakes were given an apology nor or we given anything to make things right except for the chicken that we have paid for. I told him I was gonna walk out and leave now but that he should know that I was very disappointed in the service. He said nothing. My husband said OK let me give you an example if I go to the Burger joint and by F Burger and fries and I get home and my buger is all messed up and I come back in to get it fixed i am going to want another fry because mine are cold and soggy now. He said yeah like he got it but that is it. We left. My husband will also be calling corporate. Like my husband said what happened to the days where businesses did everything to make things right and then some. It sure is a different world...
Read moreThere was a terrible windstorm that left 230,000 people without power. It is understandable that everywhere is going to be busy and overwhelmed. I knew that placing my order, and I set my expectations low.
And I still ended up with the worst fast food experience I've ever had.
We ordered online at 7:21pm. My daughter went inside at 7:30pm to wait. She was acknowledged more than once, and they reassured her that they were working on her order.
She watched several people come in, order at the counter, and get their food. She watched several cars go through the drive thru.
At 8:30pm (over an HOUR later), she came back outside and told me "they don't see my order". I asked her for clarification and she said "I must not have submitted it correctly, let's just go."
Absolutely not.
I went inside, and asked someone to let me know what was happening. A girl walked up to the counter and said, "Yeah, we don't have her order."
I told her we submitted an online order, that I could no longer SHOW her on my phone because my phone died during the hour+ long wait. I asked why they acknowledged her presence multiple times and assured her the food was coming if they didn't have the order. She simply shrugged.
She started scrolling through a computer screen, and she then flipped it so I could see. "See, it never got submitted."
"I'm sorry what does that mean?"
"It never got submitted."
"Yes, I understand that but what does that mean? On my end? On your end?"
She clarified that on their end, they had never submitted our order. Or ANY order for what its worth that was coming in through the online ordering system.
They were extremely unprofessional. She took literally ten steps away from me and started loudly discussing how mean and rude and terrible I was, and she BEGGED the manager to come out of hiding and speak with me, and the manager would not.
I asked for an ETA on my food and she told me she wasn't making the food so she didn't know.
Girl, please. ASK SOMEONE MAKING THE FOOD HOW MUCH LONGER! Ten minutes? Twenty minutes? I just need an answer.
I got my food within the next five minutes.
But terrible experience. 0/10. ...
Read moreThis KFC is the worst KFC I’ve ever been to… The only worker that was doing an amazing job was the African American male. (Amazing Job sir!) as far as the other three that were in sight. Were completely horrible. First off the language in front of my kids not called for, several things were said and they not need to be repeated. My fiancé was choking and had to run to the bathroom, as both Caucasian workers were cracking jokes about it. The gentleman I spoke highly of earlier deserves a bonus or even a raise/ promotion. He was the only one doing things by the book. Cooking properly, gloves and all exchanging gloves in between orders and kept to himself unless it had to do with orders or proper communication. Yet again amazing job to him. Otherwise this KFC has gone down hill sense I use to come in way back when. Hopefully this location gets a whole store reboot. It’s needed instead of joking around proper cleaning is the best thing to do. I’ve been in fast food before and by far this is a complete nightmare. Watch the language, and actually work instead of acting like children if the company wanted to hire children I don’t think they’d make it far. Get things figured out. And hopefully the store gets corrected and the one worker gets a raise. Hope all...
