La Vista Keno & Sports Bar — Restaurant in La Vista

I have been going here for years. And normally love it. Me and my business partners use to come twice a month. But tonight was the worst experience i have ever had here.. spent 2.5 hours in there tonight.. asked for a menu 30 min later had to go to the bar and get my own. Then it took a 45 min to get wings and potatoes. The waitress forgot to put in the food order. When the food finally did show up asked for a drink 30 min later had to ask for it again... by the time i got my drink my food was cold. The service has gone down hill. Maybe it would help if the waitress was so worried about her numbers being called for keno. Or her friend's that were playing her tickets for her.. that table she never left alone. I remember a time that you to almost wait to get seated. And it was a good place to go. With staff like that they will just keep driving the...

Today we visited keno for the first time in a while and had the paper that has the numbers that hit regularly in the last games while we were watching to see if the same numbers playing were consistent, a man who said his name was Al came to where we were seated and asked us why we hadn't played a game in 30 minutes and we had only been there for less than 20 minutes and I'm not saying it was race that had to do with it but it sure felt like it. We used to be regulars at lavista and have never had a problem before he then told us we had to play now or leave and we felt disrespected so we decided to leave and he followed us and escorted us out of the building humiliating us like we had done something wrong. I will never come Here again. And I will be spreading word about the unacceptable acts...

Been coming here for 15 years and have always loved the atmosphere here. When it changed hands some changes were made some positive some negative. I really enjoy that children are allowed in the sports bar area now, I do miss the daily specials they offered prior to big red ownership. All thought the prices do keep going up here I feel the service out weighs this. The one thing that keeps us coming here is honestly the service. There are several employees that are exceptional here but there is one in particular Robin that provides the upmost guaranteed best service hands down. She treats you as if you’re a member of a country club. Literally. She is one of the reasons why we choose to come to Lavista Keno weekly for brunch instead of frequenting other brunch spots closer...
