Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ralston

The food actually is always pretty good. It's the cashiers attitude. Damn they truly lack customer service skills. Not even a hello how are you? Even after I asked him. Kinda even made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. Not friendly at all. I was the only customers in store at the time. After I took a seat. Another one came in same response to her. She spoke up and said wow you don't seem very happy at all. That's when I chimed in thank god I wasn't the only one. Geesh I'm kinda scared to get my food now hope they don't do anything to it out of him being upset that I said he was rude but seriously he was just not the person to have up front more like the cook or stock person if he didn't plan on being friendly, helpful, or welcoming. Most likely won't return and I'll be sure to tell every one I know about his crappy customer service. Did not have on badge to display his name. And being that he was so short with his responses I couldn't even bare to ask or speak with him any longer. Just totally...

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been in multiple times and have had several people come in after me and still leave before me. Husband asked 1 pep 1 cheese and cheese bread and the worker after waiting 5 minutes on cheese bread. Than gave the last cheese pizza away and told my husband he would have to wait another 5 minutes. They are so unprofessional. Have had this happen more than once. I went in few months back. Order 1 pro 1 cheese and a cheese bread. Told me about 10 minutes. Lots of customers no big deal. Than there were several people who came in after me and the worker gave them cheese bread and their pizzas. I ended up waiting for 30 minutes after I watched 7 people who came in after Me get cheese thread that should have been given to me. Never...

Tried to call in order no answer. Get there kids at counter says "we usually don't answer the phones". Ordered 2 pizzas and cheesy bread. Didn't look at pizzas. Dropped one off for wife at work went home to find this debacle in a box. Cheesy bread was hot and fresh though. Took the Pizza back and told a new kid that I wanted the entire order replaced he agreed. He tried to just give me the pizzas and not the cheesy bread the second time after I explained to him replacing the cheesy bread was compensation for the 40 minutes of driving I had to do he went and got the cheesy bread that he had just cut. He did Apologize he wasn't the one responsible for the pizzas however I'm probably going to stick...
