Lina's Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in La Vista

I used to go here all the time until I moved from the area. I really went because it was cheap and conveniently close by. The food was what you would expect from a "fast food" style restaurant, not great but decent for the price. The service however was always horrendous. Some employees will be at the drive thru window when you pull up, but make you wait 5 even 10 minutes before acknowledging you because they are too busy joking and chatting. Another challenge was the language barrier. Personally I don't mind if people don't speak English well, however I think it is important for those taking orders to understand English well enough to get the order right. There's been a couple times I have gotten the wrong thing or had to repeats order several times because of the language barrier. Overall the place wasn't terrible, but if you use the drive through, expect to wait a while...

Sunday November 27 2023, after a night of work I came to this restaurant “Lina’s” to get some food I was nothing but nice on the drive thru to ask for my order, they ignore my order the first time I went and had to pull around again to order again they answered me in a rude racist way, when I pulled up on the window I asked the dude if he was mad because I order he said “I’m only taking orders “ I said but you sounded rude he said “I don’t care that’s how I talk” and just looked at me I said that’s not good customer service he shrugged I asked for his name and he closed the drive thru window, I was nothing but nice to him but the guy was very disrespectful with me and that should not be tolerated in this type of job I demand for actions to be taken because if it happened to me who knows how many people had been...

if i could give 0 stars i would. first off do not work somewhere thats open 24 hours if you’re going to have a piss poor attitude. 2nd off they messed up a few things on our order. we went back and everything was okay we gave back one burrito because my friend doesn’t eat pork and she asked for ground beef. he got upset and cut us off at the window not understanding we asked for ground beef and she does not eat pork & then didnt care to make the burrito correctly the second time. we thought he fixed it and instead just gave her the burrito w ground beef, cheese, and lettuce. when it was supposed to have guac and grilled onions and peppers. we also asked for two churros and got the one of 2 flavors we asked for. unsatisfied at its finest here!! to pay $35 for our order to not even be made right the first...
