I would give this place a negative star review if possible. Over the course of the last 90 days I have ordered 5 times from this store. Of those deliveries, twice, my pizza was cold and the old "cardboard Domino's" style and flavor...the box tops smashed down and clearly poorly handled. Twice, tonight being the 2nd of the last 2, they completely forgot one of my pizzas entirely and the last delivery they "forgot" my 20oz sprite and cookie. I didn't waste my time or cell phone minutes calling in about the over priced sprite or cookie because it simply would have pissed me off more than it was worth. Tonight, however, when the driver showed within the proposed delivery time, one of my pizzas was missing...I find this odd as the driver was sitting out in his vehicle in my driveway for about 3-4 minutes fumbling around, perhaps removing the pizza for himself because he didn't even try to confirm my order and almost seemed as if he "got caught". When I called in to speak to the manager identified by the driver as "Aaron", another gentleman got on the phone and identified himself as an equal manager to Aaron and seemed more prone to engage in a figurative pissing contest about his "manager authority/title" vs the other guys. It got to the point that I dismissed this other "manager" and demanded to speak with Aaron...met with a passive aggressive comment he said "sure I'll do that now and please keep that attitude"...wow buddy...I tell the store manager of the errors over the last 5 orders, a 60% fail rate, explained why I didn't call last time, explained I didn't like his "co-manager's attitude", and instead of the first thing out of his mouth being an apology, he too was passive aggressive and chastised me. What a disgusting display of a management team. I will send this same post as a written letter to the corporate office/franchisee head office to let them know that a 60% fail rate of service is seemingly acceptable to the current management staff on duty and their preference of resolution is to be passive aggressive, rude, and not even explain such horrible service without adding further insult. I'm to be credited back for my order and it was presented to me that I should be grateful for this...what I would be grateful for is to consume the food I ordered and paid for with my family and not be met with sheer unprofessional banter from a supposed "management" team. Shame on you Domino's for allowing a store like this to operate as it currently does. Why keep ordering here you ask? Unfortunately Pizza Hut gives my wife heartburn, the Papa Johns is no better, and Papa Murphy's...
Read moreSo we ordered $100 worth of pizza. We order regularly and leave a small table directly outside the door our food has always been placed on. Our delivery tonight instead was put on the ground and we had to pick our sauces up off the ground. I called the store and the same guy who delivered the pizza answered and said well you didn’t put it in the delivery instructions. I explained to him that we never had to before and we regularly order from this location. I asked for a manager or the corporate number, the phone was placed on mute. So no one answered when I asked if someone was still on the line. I then went to the store and asked for the manager. She said oh well I’m sorry I’ll talk to him. She said did you still want the number for corporate it 1-800-Dominos. And walked away from the desk I left and realized I did not have her name. I called back and asked they said why. I said I was just speaking to her. The guy didn’t answer so I turned around and drove back to get her name. When I came in and asked for her name, which was Erica. She said she offered me a refund, which she had not otherwise I would not need her name if she had offered anything other than to talk to him. She then started to argue with me walked away from the desk so when she came back I came back in and told her she can refund me. The service was horrible I was completely disrespected all for asking for my food not to be placed...
Read moreMy husband had called in an order for us and I picked it up on my way home from work. When I walked into the store not one person greeted me, said we'll be with you, etc. When an employee by the name of TYRONE came to the counter. You could tell he was not happy. He did not say hi or anything, but looked at me as if I could read his mind. I had told him I never thought that anyone would come to the counter nor even talk to me. He didn't say anything, but just chuckle. I gave him my last name and told him it was a call in order. I had told him that he didn't have good customer service and his reply was "you can get off your phone" which mind you I was on my phone when I got there, but once I got to the counter I put it down. When he said that I told him again he has horrible customer service. I then ask him for his name which he gave it to me and said "you can call who ever you want" I paid for my pizza and then asked for my receipt and he tells me this isn't yours and I told him I need a receipt he tossed my receipt to me and then once he got my pizza tossed that to me as well. He didn't say have a good day or nothing. As I was walking out I could hear him talking outloud to himself, but only thing I could make out qas him dropping the "f" bomb. Another employee told me have a good night. I will NEVER return to this location nor recommend it. No customer should ever have to experience...
