Worst customer service from the MANAGER! They made my sandwhich completely wrong. I called them to see if they would be willing to fix the sandwhich and deliver it due to the inconvenience as I live a few blocks away but had an appt to get to and wanted to enjoy my lunch with my family as we all had a sandwich. The manager told me NO that I had to come back to get my new one that they would not deliver it. I was pretty disappointed and went back to the location and he said he wouldn't do anything to accommodate my meal. I asked for a refund and he told me NO he could not give me a refund because he fixed the sandwich which I did not believe I should have had to pay for. I said can I speak to your manager and he told me he was the manager. I couldn't believe it. The freaky fast needs to be removed from this location, unfortunately. The subs and wrap were good, but... We stood in line for 5 minutes before we were acknowledged. There were 2 people in front of us with the same experience. I truly understand that sometimes snags come up and more hands are needed at the sub making area, however, customers coming in should be acknowledged with a "we will be right with you, I'm really sorry for the wait" or something similar. Not just ignored. After ordering it took approximately 10 minutes to get the food. I went in and ordered my usual Club Lulu, and this time, I ordered a 16" with extra mayo and extra bacon. Normally, with my 8" with the extra mayo and extra bacon, it's pretty loaded and not dry. So watching this guy make my sandwich, he put 2 small scoops of mayo on and rubbed it in, and the extra bacon, what is considered extra? I have 2 slices of bacon on a 16", so the sandwich is really dry and boring. I asked about the extra mayo, and he said it's on there.
