KFC — Restaurant in Lacey

So the reason I gave this KFC only two stars is because okay I'm kind of picky about my food I like it to be made fresh especially the popcorn chicken because it seems like unless you ask for it to be dropped fresh it's always cold and super hard and the KFC in Tumwater they're awesome they make it fresh anytime I ask them they don't have no attitude or anyting and the last time I came to this KFC Lacey and I asked him to drop the popcorn chicken fresh the lady was so rude to me I just I didn't even want to get my food because of her attitude I had no idea if she would do anything to it or not and so instead of waiting like 3 minutes or so I waited for almost 10 minutes which I didn't understand because they were not busy I only seen one of their car after me and I'm a manager in fast food so I know what it's like when people ask for Stuff fresh and I don't see why anybody would get irritated over it especially if the customer is okay with waiting which I was and I told them that so I don't know if she just took three times longer just to make me have to wait because she was mad that I asked for my stuff to be drop fresh or what I'm not sure but I really do not appreciate that if somebody's going to be that rude over a customer asking for their food to be made a certain way they should not be in customer service especially at a fast food restaurant cuz you have to be nice to your customers no matter what and this chick wasn't and I really frustrated that I didn't...

I don't understand the negative reviews, so for those reading those negative reviews, complete forget those! I go here at least once a week, and I love hanging out there. From free WiFi, to fast service and extremely hot food, to smiles on employees faces, to even food being brought to you on a tray as if you were out at a restaurant rather than a place of fast food. How can anyone not like it here? I've filled out job application on my laptop while here, watched YouTube, done college homework all while enjoying the great deal of the $5 Box of Chicken Strips and Mashed Potatoes with a nice soft cookie! Heck, they even give you a free side of gravy for no charge if you need extra, showing the generosity of the establishment. They don't even charge for the sauces unlike Taco Time and McDonalds! Be blessed that this establishment is so generous and kind. They have even let homeless people inside to stay out of the cold without booting them out, if that doesn't warm your heart, I wouldn't know what would. So come by and stay for a while, you...

I went through the drive thru tonight and while ordering I was told that there would be a 3-5 minute wait on the fries. After paying, I was asked to pull up front to wait for my order. While waiting, I lost track of time and the next thing I know, 15-20 minutes has gone by and I still hadn’t been brought my order. I go inside to ask about it and when I tell the person working the counter how long I have been they immediately went to check on it.

They quickly come back with my order, and a complementary cake. They apologized for the inconvenience and handed me a piece of paper while explaining that it is a confirmation code that will allow me to get the exact same meal for free my next visit.

I want to give a shout out to Brenda (I believe she is the Regional Manager) and those working tonight. You all did a tremendous job recognizing that a mistake had been made, and went above and beyond to correct it. Outstanding customer service from all of you.
