I went through the drive-thru, a spicy McChicken, I'm 30 piece chicken nuggets. I was told they don't have 30 piece chicken nuggets as for 10-piece chicken nugget and a 20-piece chicken nugget and they said okay. The lady who I paid for at the first window was awesome she was kind and had a beautiful smile even though it was late at night, even my children enjoyed her atmosphere. The woman in the second a bit younger hand me a bag that look too small with all my food I asked I asked one time is everything there she confirmed yes. I was about to head back to my side of Washington washougal, but I needed to stop for gas well stop for gas my wife informed me that we were short 10 chicken nuggets that would only receive two 10 pieces and not a 20 and a 10. I said baby we got still hours to drive but if you want we can get go back she said 10 pieces for your daughter 10 pieces for your son and 10 pieces were for me yes please let's go back. Since it was only a block or two away no problem babe, upon returning to the McDonald's the drive-thru was even more packed than when we first came which took more than 30 minutes it went all the way around the Walmart until the entrance feeling that I've already ordered and I don't need to get back in line I drove around to the drive-thru window and parked my car. The woman was handling a customer I waited, when she was done with her customer I said excuse me you shorted me on my chicken nuggets, I was just here, I ordered a 20 and a 10 and you gave me two 10s. She immediately became hostile and said we do not do walk up orders, if you want this problem taken care of you have to get back in line. I said I've already paid for my food you've already tried to give me my food this is not a walk-up order, I offered to get in my car and drive to the window and she said that would not work. I told her that I would give her a chance to make things right or I will be leaving very terrible feedback for this experience should never have happened. She told me that this was over and slammed the window shut. Being that I had drive back to Washougal Washington with my 8-year-old my 4-year-old and my wife after I just arrived from South Carolina I was exhausted I'm not willing to wait another 30 to 45 minutes in line to get the food I've already paid for and should already have had and been on my way. Yes this is terrible customer service if the policy was for me not to be able to walk to the window there's no reason I should have had to get back in line to get the food that I've already should have had. Again the window lady in the first window maybe I should have gone to her I paid and she showed kindness true kindness. But the younger lady with the braids a little heavy set she showed ignorance lack of understanding. It was directly her fault was she protecting her own bottom but she fall in the store policy. Does the McDonald's in Vancouver Washington but did the same thing to me last year and when the line was long and I did the same thing she asked me to pull my car to the side and said that she would bring out my food the correct order as an apology she gave me a card that gave me one free sandwich at McDonald's to make up for their errorthis is not my first rodeo or the first time that McDonald's has messed up my order but this is the first time that I've been...
Read moreHORRIBLE customer service! Went with my family saturday night to this McDonald's location and the manager was very rude on the intercom, so we pulled up to the window and asked to speak with him. I asked the white male employee if he was the one who was talking to us on the intercom and he said no, that it was his manager. Then i asked to speak with the manager. The white male manager with face piercings and colored hair came over and asked what we wanted. I asked why he was being so rude. He said because he asked what we wanted 2x. I told him that we were figuring things out and that his bad attitude was unprofessional. I asked him what his name was and he said "Jesus Christ". I was Shocked and Confused as to how this was happening. He then walked away and never came back. I asked the initial employee what the manager's name was and he said he couldn't give it to me. Then i asked for another employee and a black female employee came to the window. I asked her for the manager's name and she said Tyler. I asked for the manager's last name and she walked away to get it. The initial employee told me it was "Valentine". The 2nd employee came back and said "Stevenson". I said okay, "Tyler Stevenson". At this point, i don't know who was lying and what his real name is. She apologized and said he's always like this. I told her that he was very rude and that this wasn't the way to treat anyone. She said she thought he was having a bad day. I told her i didn't care and that he didn't need to take things out on us. Today i called to speak with a manager and the manager Lariya answered. I asked her who was working saturday night and she said she didn't know. I asked for the boss who is above her and the manager who worked saturday night. She said Store Manager Tabitha but that she was on vacation. I asked for Tabitha's cell and/or email address. She said that she couldn't give out any contact information. I asked who was handling things while Tabitha was out and she said Hannah. I asked for Hanna's cell and/or email address. She said she couldn't give me either and that she wasn't going to bother Hannah. Lariyah too was giving me attitude and i asked her why the attitude when she's supposed to be a helpful manager. She said because she couldn't help me and for me to call back tomorrow. I asked who i would talk to tomorrow, she then gave the phone to manager Brittany who was very professional in how she spoke and helped me. I told Brittany my conversation with Lariya and she told me that she too couldn't give out contact information and to call back tomorrow after 2pm to speak with General Manager Tabitha. I have 4 witnesses who will attest to his horrible treatment towards us (maybe because we're brown)) on Saturday night. I have NEVER been treated this way, especially by a MANAGERS and i would never wish this on anyone else. Something needs to happen/change. This totally ruined a good evening/weekend with my family. My taste of Washington was spoiled by this and i'm so glad i live in Utah where...
Read moreI want to speak to the owner of the place. As someone in another review stated below there is a female employee who works around late night (11:58 pm was mentioned in the other review) and she often works midnight to 4 am sometimes -she is not tall and has dark hair and possibly latina or middle eastern.... but I dont want to racially profile because she seems to have a problem with my race and i am not a hypocritical ** ....as every time I go buy something there she has had attitude towards me but seems to be ok with other customers.
Additionally i also deliver for uber eats or doordash sometimes and every single time with this woman there has been either an incident or rudeness. On one occasion i was on call with the doordash customer who insisted they placed an order and at the voicebox it was confirmed the order existed, but at the window this dark haired not tall lady claimed the order didnt exist even though she didnt even check the orders. I suspect she knew she handed out the wrong order to someone else or could even be stealing food herself.
Another time this past night... this dark haired not tall lady got angry at me when i was upset because another delivery driver cut me off and almost made me crash the car and then it seemed as if that other delivery driver or possibly fraudster was trying to steal that order as in actually steal .... not us being both mistakenly assigned by uber or doordash. Because that driver was loitering nearby when i was at the voicebox and suddenly veered in front of me cutting line when i was about to pull forward after i was done saying the order to the voicebox. So it seemed they might have heard the name and code i gave and werre possibly trying to steal the order by cutting in front of me and almost causing me to crash.
The dark haired mcdonalds lady instead of understanding the situation got aggressive and said she would try to ban me off the apps just becuase i was literally looking out for my (and uber/doordashes') customers worried someone else eavesdropped and was trying to steal the order and also because i was justifiably angry that other driver cut in and almost made me crash. I have half a mind to file a police report on both that possible fraudulent driver and the extremely nasty mcdonalds dark haired midnight shift lady trying to ruin somebodys livelihood (mine) just because i was trying to prevent possible theft and rightfully upset that suspicious driver cut me off in line without going through the voicebox and made me...
