Sometimes I hate this place so much when worst groups work on that day. I go to this SB almost every day to taste coffee and enjoy my drink while doing my work because this place is the only SB which opens until 10pm. There were no problems to my orders at other SB but this SB messed my orders the most. Taste completely different compared to drinks from other SB. I handed my customized drink to a lady and she read it in just 5 seconds. I was like how in the world can she read that fast. My drink came out like baby milk. They put ice when I asked for no ice, too sweet even 5 long shots of espresso. I have this drink every morning at nearest SB from my home. They taste amazing, with only 4 long shots of espresso it's dark and strong which I really like it. I tried to order same drink at several other SB, taste great too. I don't know how did manager hire these baristas that bad. While I'm confirming that my drink made wrong and it shouldn't have ice. She said "it ain't say no-ice" It is so rude, I never seen someone talks like that to customer. I showed her my customized drink again NOW she read it carefully and didn't say sorry to me. she said "you want me to scoop ice out or make another one" I said "of course make another one, you made my drink wrong, scoop ice out doesn't make it better" I went to get remake drink, this time still tasted like baby milk again.
I won't put her name in here but I can describe her looking. She has purple hair, round shape face, wears glasses, and little overweight. If you want to keep your money, stay away from this SB coffee shop. I spent 8$ for (baby milk) latte from here at 8 pm...

Every Thursday morning my wife and I stop by for a nice treat on our way to work. I place the order using the app just before we leave the house and it is always ready by the time we arrive a few minutes later.
When we get there, there is almost always a line of cars for the drive thru. Inside there are often a number of regular customers there plus some newbies. It is a nice combination of friends, families, and/or colleagues getting together, people catching up on work/homework on their computers, and people just enjoying some peace and quiet to start their day.
Staff is always busy but never too busy for a cheerful "Welcome!". They are all great there. Super friendly, professional, and delightful people.
This is exactly the Starbucks you have always loved. Highly recommend you stopping by.
------- Original Post ------ Came for a morning treat. I think this is a relatively new Starbucks. They were training a mostly new crew. The barista was a ringer who made a great double tall mocha with coconut milk (you absolutely have to try it).
The team members were all friendly and helpful. Place was clean...
Read moreI’ve been fed up with this place since the new manager drove out most of the baristas here that cared. For the last 6 months I’ve switched to going out of my way to another Starbucks that isn’t this location, today I was in a hurry with a fussy baby and decided to make the dreaded stop to this location. And of COURSE it’s wrong, or course it tastes like nothing but milk, because what do you expect from a place where if the management treats their good staff like garbage they hire anyone with a pulse with bare minimum training and their attitudes suck. Thanks for the incredible waste of time, I’ve loved this location for years and you’ve gone so far down the toilet when it comes to your attentiveness that I will not longer ever give you my business again. What an absolute shame I meet baristas around Lacey and olympia that talk about having worked their and being sadden to have had to leave because of a terrible manager. Don’t waste...
