I paid an initial little down payment on a sale online through your company but when I spoke to an actual person that works at the Rent-A-Center near me they didn't have what I ordered and they said that there was no bed like that that's available at all for me and so I ended up going to a different furniture company and getting the bed that I wanted then I continue to get harassing text messages and calls saying I owed money for my furniture and I'm like no I never got any furniture but I paid the first initial payment and after that it was yelling and aggressive conversation with an employee he claimed to be the manager at the Rent-A-Center in my area he was using the f word over and over and basically said I'm screwed because I did it online so now I had to pay for what was absolutely nothing that I got from your store I explained to him the situation and he said well since you ordered it online you're going to have to take it up with them we don't do refunds at all in the store so basically I got screwed no furniture no refund and then that store said that my business is not welcome there from the same guy that claims he was the manager but very very unprofessional to be management he actually made me tear up a little bit the way he talked to me I was very very disrespected and it was not a good experience...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've used other rent a center's before with zero problems. But would never recommend this location. The dryer I recieved didn't work so they sent out a tech who diagnosed it and had parts mailed to my house 3 different times. It never ended up working and had to go to the laundry mat for months. I eventually told them to just pick it up. Please know I paid full price for a non working set for 3 months! Then this month.... on the DAY my pymt was due.... NOT LATE AT ALL... they called me 6 times while I was at work. Text me 3 times. AND came to my door and harassed me when I wasn't even one day late!! The staff and manager defended their actions and never once apologized. I used my money I was going to use to make that pymt on another set in full from someone local. And told them to pick up their crap and never communicate with me again. Worst service I've ever encountered. They even told me they needed to harass me to hold me accountable when I was not even one Day late. Do not...

I'm new to the area and was looking for some furniture. So I stopped in sometime back and was helped by a salesperson named spencer.

I'm yet to make a decision on what I want to do, but I rated this 1 star only because Sam assuming she is a manager of some sort had no interest in helping spencer answer questions I had. She was more engaged to what appeared to be a movie she was watching on the computer and texting.

Spencer was very polite and professional and I will definitely return once I make a decision but I won't deal with Sam.

My latest issue is with Bryce the store manager cussing out his driving causing him to quit. Too bad Bryce and Sam are so bad at their jobs. Rent a center should really evaluate those 2.
