Used the Subway app to order a Roast Beef "No Bready Bowl" from this location on 4820 Yelm Hwy. Cost was $13.79 before tax. I have attached a picture of the abomination which was created and a picture of what you will see on the app when ordering the same bowl. Notice the meat proportions (or lack thereof). Also, the gentleman who made the salad put MAYO on the bowl. Who puts mayo on a protein bowl? You can't make this level of incompetence up. It's either complete ignorance to Subway standards or blatantly intentional. I haven't decided. (-2 stars for poor food preparation)
Additionally, the order was marked as "ready" on the app. Typically, one would associate the word "ready" as meaning the ordered item was completed, bagged, and ready for pickup. This was not the case. Instead, after arriving, the order wasn't even in the process of being made. We had to wait while the seemingly disgruntled worker made the bowl. I'm no detective, but I'm guessing his attitude directly translates into his delivery. (-1 star for false reporting on the app and attitude)
There is one saving grace to this store. I have been here several times before. The other workers are friendly and get the order right. There was a younger gentleman working with the older gentleman who was polite unlike his counterpart.
We brought this concern up to Corporate. Their answer was for us to send them our physical address so they could snail mail (i.e. USPS) us some coupons. In the age of email, AI, and virtual reality you would think they could email a coupon or something. Nope. Snail mail.
We will be cautious using this location for future sustenance needs. We did go to another Subway later in the week and their delivery was on point and more in line with the picture from the website/app.
2/5 stars. You can do better Subway on...
Read moreI went to order my usual I am a regular customer so much so that various employees know my order without me asking at this point. However, the rude girl from the Ruddle store with the dark curly hair was there and some new girl with a loose hair everywhere was there. The girl with loose hair (tie it back around food) was making my food and she was not mindful of food safety. I had to ask her to change her gloves before touching my food after she touched garbage. Then she crushed my food with a container and I asked her to remake the food and she said no. Then I asked for my money back, and she and the rude girl with dark curly hair said I was wasting food. I repeatedly asked for my money back and they did nothing but argue with me and it became yelling. They were yelling at me. And I just repeatedly monotone asked for my money back. I stated that I'm a regular and then they called the manager and I said to do that on their own time and to give me my money back immediately. I explained that not providing a product and taking money is theft and that I should call the police. Then they told me they would call the police because I was trespassing when they never even asked me to leave. This Subway took my money and never provided food and this is how they treat a loyal regular customer. Don't eat here... The employees don't know Sanitation and they will openly rob you! I think the saddest part is that even a loyal customer gets treatment like this. I hope management and the owner know well enough to value customers and fire employees that yell at customers...
Read moreI love coming to subway, the people are usually nice and get great service.
Today though, I came in and there was a girl working, flirting with the man ahead of me while making his sandwich, not a problem.
When she got to me, she was cold, came off as very sassy. She started putting the wrong cheese on the sandwich, I corrected her, she PUT THE CHEESE BACK after it had already touched half the meat. Then used the same cheese to put on my other sandwich.
Got to veggies, and she kept prompting me with an inpatient tone "what else??", I had already told her what I wanted, she kept putting one thing on and then asking like I was keeping her. (The store was not busy at all). Im not even sure she put everything on that I wanted, even after asking her to make sure.
With my second sandwich, i said all veggie but no peppers. She paused and said "excuse me???" Like I just offended her, I repeated myself, and she begrudgingly made the sandwich.
At the register, she just set it up and walked away, didnt bother to stay for the whole transaction.
I still left a tip, because I like the store and the other employees are always nice. But dang the amount of sass this girl gave me was intense, and felt very biased since she was giggly and nice to the gentleman before me.
(Edit) also wanna add, she dropped his wrapped sandwich and offered to make him a new one, but willy nilly cross contaminated...
