I came here with my Mom and daughter a few weeks back. The service was absolutely terrible. My daughter was touching a display and the female customer service rep was incredibly rude about it. She said some things under her breath which I could clearly hear, walked over to fix the small box that my daughter looked at and said a few more things and walked to the back of the store so the other co-worker could help us. I was looking at purchasing some things for my daughter and husband. I immediately put everything down and said I will not be back and walked out. My mom was already purchasing baked goods and didnât notice the treatment by the other female worker otherwise she would have put it back. Neither one of us will ever be back.
Note to the female worker. You donât take your bad day out on customers who were clearly going to spend some money in your store. Displaying that immature behavior as a grown female adult is ridiculous.
Lastly, the baked goods werenât worth the price. At best itâs an average bakery. You want some baked goods that are comparable, honestly better tasting and cheaper, go to Publix. You lost our repeat business and Iâll be sure to let anyone we know not to...
Read moreWe spent $51.00 for a 10" bunt cake. I saw plastic cake cutters by the register for $1.00 when we came to pick up our cake. I asked the clerk if they would provide a cake cutter since I purchased a cake. She said that she couldn't that they were $1.00. She was only doing what she had been told to do.
The cake cutter couldn't possible cost more than a dime.
I stopped by Publix on my way home. I went to the bakery dept. where I asked if they had cake cutters for sale. I would have gladly paid $5.00 rather than give "Nothing Bunt Cakes" a dollar for one. The baker said no but she could GIVE me one! I explained to her what I had done and that I had made a mistake by not buying a cake from Publix.
Lesson learned, "Nothing Bunt Cakes" will NEVER see me again as a customer. What poor customer relations to want a dollar for a cake cutter after a customer has purchased a cake from them. Very...
Read moreToday was my sisterâs birthday, so I took her here to pick out a cake. We had never been to a Nothing Bundt Cake location(s). As a first time customer, youâd expect a good experience.. I was a little taken back by the older lady with the broken glasses working at the counter.
After I paid for my sisterâs cake, my sister kindly asked if they had any forks because she figured she could eat it in the car. The woman embarrasses my sister in front of 5 other customers saying, â weâre a retail shop, not a restaurantâ. Iâm giving you my money, youâre not going to treat me in that manner.
I know weâre only 2 customers out of however many come through, but we will NOT return to...
