During my visit at this store, I ordered at the kiosk and waited. There were two senior couple waiting in line. I noticed all the employees were just ignoring the people at the counter, the lady who was in a walker asked the lady at the front " can you help me?" The young lady proceeded to tell the senior lady," we're busy use the kiosk". At that moment the husband who was using also on a walker , ask again can someone please help? The young man at the line walked to the front and stated we are busy use the kiosk, the lady stated" we don't know how to use the kiosk". After the guy in the hot line insisted use the kiosk to the senior couple, my order was ready and I approached the couple and say I would help ordering at the kiosk.The lady was upset and told me "no sir they are here working to take my order go and enjoy your food". The lady did ask for a manager and someone yell from the back were busy use the kiosk, A few seconds later the couple called me and I assisted in taking the order at the kiosk , the lady had many diet restrictions that I was able to assist her with. After taking the order for both they thank me and I went to finish my meal. Then the guy in the back, came to bring them the cup, the senior lady tells the guy" I'm sorry that i got upset" the guy told the lady you have to learn how to use the kiosk. At that moment my patient ran out, I throw away the rest of my food since I felt disgusted with the way they were handling the situation, I asked for the store number and they gave me a receipt and pointed at the phone number, the store number I found it at the top of the receipt. I called corporate and explained the issue, till today they have not contacted me. If someone from this company is reading this, understand this, this was an ADA (American with disabilities act) violation from your business, proper accommodations should be provided for people with disabilities no matter what, there is a sign on the counter of this store to comply with that same act. This behavior is never acceptable, especially in the village area that has a high population of seniors and retired citizens. I will suggest this store to coach their staff on this act, as here lives mostly one of the best generations in history and is our duty to make sure to protect their dignity and do our best to understand that they were not born with a computer at hand, they paved the future so we can have them. I will not support this store anymore, as i will not support a business that step on the rights of others. Read moreOk so I don't normally do this but these guys ( all women rather) SUCK AT LIFE!!! and their jobs... pulled around the drive thru was asked to order, very bluntly, and about halfway thru my order the girl says " Hold on a sec" like we were good friends talking on the phone smh, I'm an easy guy to get along with so me personally didn't mind that so much however after sitting there waiting 5 more mins the girl come back and this time bluntly asked "what do want again"..... so I have to start my order over again ... At this point I simply do not appreciate the unprofessional way they handle their self... so I order get to the window where my food is waiting for me and I think alright no wait , smh again. Get all the way home to find my extra crispy chicken is soggy and been sitting out under the heat lamp for at least a few hours and what is supposed to be golden brown is a very unappealing dark brown like it had been over cooked. I am a North Carolina born and raised man. . Any one from there will tell you with a southern dinner biscuits are the key, well the one I got with my meal had looked as if it had been dunked in chicken grease multiple times.... not ok at all even the animals wanted no part in it. So for anyone looking at this wondering if it is worth stopping..... do yourself a favor and just pack a nice cheese sandwich or something . Read moreThis was by far my worst experience at a Taco Bell. Tried to order 3 Chicken Soft Tacos, confirmed this three times, was given hard shell tacos. No big deal except I go in to fix it and I waited five minutes while employees meandered around not acknowledging the line of 5 people now at all, me included. I then get skipped by the employee and had to ask for help instead of being acknowledged. They call a manager. The manager says nothing to me as I explain the issue and takes the food and receipt from me. I wait and after another 5 minutes I get the food given to me with not a word. I ask for my receipt back and all of a sudden words are finally said to me like a switch was turned on. So the manager then scrambles to get my receipt that has now been crumpled because they were going to throw it away. I leave, and to no surprise another of the items is wrong and I was overcharged. I find that you have varying experiences with Taco Bell but this was my worst experience and say you should never go to this location. Give your money to another Taco Bell or another restaurant, this location...
