We just order some cinnamon pull aparts and the 6 cheese, cheese sticks. And it took them 10 minutes to get it to us. Fast i agree but not even hotđ. Then the ignorant delivery driver rudely expressed how he works hard to make his money through us with Tips. But if this man had not be SO RUDE! He would of recieved more of a tip. Honestly my husband should of tip him a penny! Might of learned how to actually be better at customer service. Because we order from them so close to closing time the "MANGER". When we called to get our money back for the COLD funny tasting food. The manger express how we order there ALL the time. I once apon a time did. Because to be honest I LOVE PAPA JOHN'S. But the last experience i had with them was awful. But second chance are made to be giving. So i tried again. BUT THIS TIME WAS ONE OF THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM A PIZZA PALOR. Plus my husband was the one that was handing the money over and recieving the order and he said the man was really jumpy and super fidgety. So i cant say anything just by judgement. But the way the man look and acted was disgraceful. If I Was A store owner I would be embarrassed completely embarrassed by the way this gentleman held himself personally. ( I WOULD REQUIRE A DRUG TEST IF I WERE HIM ) As horrible as that sounds i hope this man who owns this establishment understand the people he has hired as a team for him at the wee hours of the night. Just because it is close to midnight doesnt mean that the people who are spending their hard darn earned money should get cold food that looks horrible and Tasted frozen!!!đđđ¤˘đ¤˘.    Read moreI ordered a Works pizza at 9PM with a quoted delivery of 9:40PM but each time I checked the tracker the delivery time expanded. Shortly after my order, I was notified that DoorDash would deliver my order. I didnât care who delivered, my order was with Papa Johnâs. I called the store at 9:40PM to see if the pizza was going to be delivered because tracker showed 10PM delivery. Fred told me the DoorDash person had been there and left without my order. Fred said he would remake the pizza and contact for another driver. The delivery time after the call moved 10:10PM on an original order time of 9PM. At 9:50PM DoorDash texted to ask how was my service when nothing had been delivered. At 10PM the driver showed at the location on the tracker with a 10:08PM delivery so I was happier then the delivery time passed so I called again at 10:10PM to ask what happened to get âits DoorDash they picked up the order 5-6 minutes agoâ so I cancelled the order and my money was refunded. Fred was good about the refund but the delivery system at this location is broken when depending on a 3rd party to deliver orders. To top it off, at 10:25 I got a text from DoorDash that my order was ready downstairs so I went downstairs to be greeted with a cold pizza and the driver said he had it for 28 minutes when the location was 7 minutes away. I was too frustrated so I didnât argue with him about delivering cold pizza. As stated earlier, Papa Johnâs owns this issue but it appears DoorDash is not keeping up their side of the agreement.
