Potbelly — Restaurant in Lady Lake

First time at a Potbelly, and probably my last. Trying to order from this place is utterly ridiculous!!!! First, we tried online....what a joke. The website was hard to navigate and would only let me order if I create a profile (I don't want to be spammed by a place I've never been, let me just order!!). Ok, we'll call it in......not even!!! Someone answers and we are put on hold for 10 minutes. Hang up, call back. This time we can place an order....woohoo! Hubby wants a soup/sandwich deal. Lady on phone says can't have soup with that sandwich! WTF?!?! Online says you can. So, get off phone and drive over to order in person. Now husband can have what he tried to order over phone, no problem!! WTF?! So girl on phone gets to decide the combos?! Get to end of line, pay and stand there waiting for a soup and a salad. Never got a tray to carry all the food to the table. Husband didn't get spoon or crackers for his soup. I got a fork, but no crackers for salad. We finally eat and watched the staff. There are 6 employees behind the counter and only 2 of them seem to work. The female (dark hair, butterfly tatts on arm) who unwrapped a piece of candy, put it in her mouth and then picked up a knife to cut a sandwich grossed me out.....she didn't wash her hands or get gloves....pretty sure health department wouldn't like, either. The restaurant wasn't super busy, and you could see dirty tables that needed to be wiped. There were also items that needed to be restocked, and all the employees are hanging out behind the counter. The two I previously mentioned were restocking behind the counter and all the others were just watching and doing nothing. I honestly don't know if I could come back here. I felt like I entered the twilight zone of the worst possible experiences! Found this place as a lunch option, we still work full time not to far away.. Omg..tried to call in an order to go pick up. Called once ,they put me on hold 9 minute's..Called back, tried to order what's clearly on the menu..skinny sandwich combo soup.. Tried to order said combo..told I can't do that! Omg.. Called back talked to Ashley, same responce. Wierd it's on the menu.told I have to order separately..guess I missed something Decided to go over there since if you can actually find this location on line, you have to create a profile, card #s email all of it to place a pick up order! Not giving out all this to eat a sandwich! Get over there,2 people in the place,6 employees, things aren't stocked, tables you clean yourself here! 2 on cell phones gaggled up, floor needed swept, no mgr here I guess..mediocre sandwich at best..the hype does not deliver here folks, asked 3 times for my soup! Spoons out! No crackers! Knock knock anyone home? Then the card machine has the audacity to ask for a tip! Omg seriously! Save yourself a giant laxidasical experience.. no one home management here..one and done..NOT...

The worst Chicken Salad Sandwich I have ever eaten. Absolutely disgusting. Not only did Potbelly forget to add provolone cheese and lettuce, the sandwich was overloaded with hot peppers and the chicken salad was completely bland. After I took the first bite (without checking), I realized how terrible it tasted, I opened the sandwich and saw the missing items and overkill on hot peppers. When I attempted to eat the sandwich, everything kept falling out, due to the sandwich being completely runny. Yes, I said "runny". I don't understand why the sandwich was so wet. I looked over at my boyfriend, as he ate his sandwich, and his sandwich was also runny. We are new to Potbelly, and don't know if all of their sandwiches are made runny or what. But we are definitely hesitant about coming back.
