7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Lafayette

I have visited this particular 7 brew location plenty of times since it has opened almost everyday or every other few days and this morning 11/11/25 whoever the girl was at the drink station where they hand you your drink in the 1st lane closest to the store at about 8:30-8:45am very much disappointed me and made me not want to come back this review is mainly leaned towards whoever the girl may be but what happened was they made my drink wrong the first time so I told her it was supposed to have something else in it and so she was apologetic & tried to go fix it well she came back again and it was wrong mind you I told her twice I said it’s fine if you’d just like to remake it so it’s correct I’ll take that one and give it to a coworker so you don’t have to throw it away well no she still brings the 1st one back inside for the 3rd time now and proceeds to still bring me my drink wrong and I know because I get it FREQUENTLY and it looks the same every other time but this time , which I did not say anything I just took it I had given up and I had to be to work and she was already giving me issues that I had no time...

Im so happy that we have a 7Brew here in Laffy. I used to live in Roger's, AR and loved them. The atmosphere is always positive and fun but most importantly authentic. The coffee of course is amazing, they just know how to do it right. I love how they always have fun and music is going, it just lifts my spirits. It cracks me up to see in the reviews here that some people complained about the music, I mean, if I go to Texas Roadhouse I'm most likely going to hear country music even though im not a fan 🙃. Oh well, there's always "those" people no matter where you go. Stay awesome 7Brew! Don't change for no one 💜 so glad...

I am not very disappointed and unhappy with my experience today, I ordered a sugar free iced German chocolate decaf this morning and my blood sugar spiked like crazy. I am type 2 diabetic, which is why I ordered sugar free. I also cannot have a lot of caffeine, which is why I ordered decaf. I could go into diabetic shock if I have sugar and there’s no other reason my blood sugar would’ve spiked unless there was real sugar in there. I like the coffee here but this is unacceptable! I am not looking for anything free, I just want this mistake to be...
