We pulled up to get some drinks. Started saying our order, but the speaker kept cutting out. We started to repeat our order after asked to, and got no reply after that. My partner who worked at Smoothie King before explained that the headsets will cut off the person taking the order and switches the headset to the second station for another customer. We then sat there waiting for someone to take our order, which took another 2 minutes. At this point, from the girl on the intercom saying “hello welcome”, I could tell our previous order had been erased. It also seemed like the girl could barely hear us at all! Please get new headsets or a better system bc one of ur people couldn’t hear us at all! It seemed like she was frustrated I felt so bad for her! Get yall workers some new headsets so they can hear the customers properly and so that we won’t have to drive off with no food or nothin!
