Now I do not eat fast food very often. This is my first visit to a fast food restaurant this year. So here is my review for this Arby's location a place I've never gotten anything from before. I ended up ordering the 2 for #7 Gyros. In a time when finding something that's both genuinely tasty and won't break the bank is a hard find. Arby's delivers with its Gyros ( it should be called a stuffed gyro because they definitely stuff it) . Now don't get me wrong this is not like your street-vendor gyro, but for a quick, inexpensive, and surprisingly satisfying meal, it absolutely hits the mark. What makes it stand out? While traditional gyros can sometimes feel a bit sparse, Arby's version is generously packed the pita. It's soft, warm, and pliable – crucial for a good gyro – and holds up well to the generous filling without becoming soggy. The fresh lettuce, red onion, and tomato add a much-needed crunch and a burst of freshness that cuts through the richness of the meat. The tzatziki sauce was good I just wish they would have put more. Other than that I have no complaints about their gyro. No it is not like you're getting a gyro from one of the better Greek restaurants but it is a quick and inexpensive alternative that happens to be tasty. Now I have eaten at some of the Greek restaurants in Lafayette and Arby's gyro is better than 75% of them.

So, this is the third Arby's I've been to within the last 6 months, and they are ALL tore up. We are talking 3 different cities across 2 states: all 3 locations were sub-par and I would NOT visit any of them ever again. For this location, again, when we walked in, employees were just hanging out, playing on phones, and sitting around. This, despite the fact that the floor needed a good mopping, the carpet needed a good vacuuming, and the condiments area needed wiping. The ceiling at this location seems to be leaking, resulting in a large unsightly trash can needing to be used to retain the water. Despite the fact that we were THE ONLY people in the restaurant (including drivethrough), it took 10+minutes to receive our 4 item order (1 item of which was a drink!). Now, the food was hot, so that was great. Then, we discovered that my kid's applesauce was expired by a few weeks. So, take from that what you will. Arby's, as it pains me to say, is probably on their way out given my last 3 experiences. Now, my man Leonard at the front counter? That man was friendly, smiled, talked to my kid in a kind way, and was the bright spot to my visit. Thank you, Mr. Leonard.

I'm not sure why they need to protect their premise. The food is ok. Service is a bit slow.

Please allow me to start this by stating - as far as fast food restaurants go - I have always loved Arby's. And for all of the reasons anyone who does enjoy Arby's does. Classic roast beef. Beef n Cheddar. They used to do a Chicken Cordon Bleu that was fantastic and, if I remember correctly, Arby's was the place that introduced the ever-favorite curly fries to all of us years ago. Mozzarella sticks! Yea, I grew up loving every trip to Arby's with the family. As much as it pains me to write this, I have to say that the Arby's here in Lafayette needs a change because it does not even come close to what I would call the Arby's legacy. The service was horrible. We stood at the counter for nearly five minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there. Then it was like we were bothering them because, silly us, we actually expected them to do their job. It must have been REAL difficult to hit those pictures on the screen that day because there was a lot of sighing and rolling of the eyes as we ordered. After we ordered, we waited. We waited some more. We waited longer. We waited 20 minutes for a double roast beef classic (looked like it had already been chewed up by something), a chicken sandwich (served cold), a chicken salad sandwich (possibly put in a blender), and some soggy curly fries. The couple who came in directly before us waited even longer for their food. Maybe they had to actually milk the cow to make the gentleman's mozzarella sticks that day... Or, maybe, the people operating the location couldn't care less. The sad part is, it's the only location in Lafayette. Please, Arby's corporate, save this location and put people in charge who actually care about what they are doing. This location is giving...

Never again!! First, we were walking through the parking lot to go in. A lady, the shift manager, was standing at the door staring at us with a angry look on her face. We walk in. I said, hello. How are you? NO RESPONSE!! She turns around and walks behind the counter. My son seen the commercial with the chicken nuggets and been wanting go. We had never eaten at any Arby's before. We had planned to all eat together inside for our new experience. Well, with all the attitude my husband and I decided not to order and get our sons to go. A guy, who seemed new, takes the order. He gives us the total. My husband gives him $20. My son sees they have root beer floats. He wants one. My husband tells the guy he's going to order a float also. The guy, still holding the $20, starts to try to do the math in his head for the charge of the float and the nugget meal. My husband had to tell him, no. I need you to finish the order. Give me my change. Then take the float order. The lady, manager, was standing behind the guy. She started mumbling and rolling her eyes. We really could not believe the attitude we were receiving. To top it all off, the meal was horrible. My 8 yr old son said, this don't look nothing like I saw on TV and it taste just as bad!! Needless to say, we will NEVER go to another Arby's....
