Arby's — Restaurant in Lafayette

Where do I start, it's been a long time since going to Arby's. I saw the commercial for fish sandwiches 2 for 6.99, so I thought why not, the fish has always been good at Arby's. So I go in and tell the lady at the counter that I want the 2 for 6.99 fish sandwiches, she says, that's only in indianapolis now. My response, don't show it in my area. Went ahead and got them and 2 fries. Fish used to be really good, light breading and flaky, now, it's all breading and just like icky McDonald's fish, only a different shape. Asked for extra cook on the fish, still soggy. Fries, not cooked long enough. 22.69 down the drain, BUT I won't be back so it's the last 22.69 from me. I'm only giving Arby's, 2 stars, for the simple fact is that you can only go through drive-through to order and get anything. As for service I am 50/50, there there were times that I have come through the drive-through and the employees acted as if they were paying for the food that I was ordering you did not get good food nor good service and there has been other times where the food and the service were both excellent. A message to the managers at arby's, by the Tippecanoe Mall, & that is to step up your hiring process and get your lobby open, otherwise you will not stay open very much longer, because nobody wants to eat in their car every time they come...
