Most recent experience was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any restaurant. Started off great with a excellent server but things went downhill fast. Appetizers came out perfect but right before the entrees were to be delivered I stepped away from the talbe for less than 5 minutes and a buss boy came to the table and took freshly prepared food and began stacking dirty dishes on everything ruining everything that was perfectly fine food. My left over Appetizers that were sitting next to the take home box were completely ruined. Worst part was a perfectly cooked prime rib dinner had a stack of dirty dishes slammed into a dinner that hadn't even touched. So $60 worth of food was completely ruined. I had just spoken to my waitress who knew that I need to step outside for less than 2 minutes but still managed to allow the table with drinks, food to be taken home ( to go boxes were sitting next to the left over Appetizers and a freshly prepared entrees had just been delivered but despite all of this the food was treated like trash. The manager on duty failed to make any attempts to address the complete waste of food and at no time did he offer to make any attempts to correct the horrible mistake. I left hungry, angry, and completely disappointed by the entire events Not once was I stopped by management to make any attempt to correct their obvious mistakes and no discount for the ruined food was even discussed. I worked in the food industry for 6 years and something like this would never have been allowed to occur much less allowing the customer to leave without any effort to make amends. Read moreOrdered on DoorDash. 2 trio pizookie orders. Order took over one hour to get to me. Received a text from the DoorDash that they only had one pizookie flavor available. Absolutely floored, I sent a message asking what other flavors do they have. The DoorDash said the staff said I am only able to get chocolate chunk. I told the DoorDash I did not order the trio to get only one kind of cookie and they are able to cancel my order because that is not what I ordered. The DoorDash didn’t proceed to tell me to cancel on my side because the store can’t cancel. DoorDash lets me know If I cancel, I get zero dollars, still floored, I am given the option to call the store and speak to someone. I called the store speak to what seems is a server, the server gives me the same option. I asked to speak to a manager, the manager, then proceeded to finally give me the options that are available. I’m not sure where the miscommunication came in with getting all chocolate chunk. The manager seems confused when I read him the order that I want. Upon receiving my DoorDash order I received only five Pazooki‘s and paid for two trios which equals six. Of course I’m not sure who to put the blame on, but this is completely unacceptable. If you’re not able to fulfill orders via DoorDash, please update your DoorDash menu and please check your bags for accuracy. This is completely absurd. I paid $50 on DoorDash for 6 mini pizookies. It gets worse. They package, the Pazooki’s with aluminum foil. Is this considered a real business...

I called BJ’s the day before a field trip because our usual choice was unavailable. I spoke to a manager and explained that I would be dining with 17 children between the ages of 4 and 14.
Dameon, the manager, was accommodating and eager to assist. He told me to look over the menu and preselect the items I wanted; calling it in ahead of time would help get the food to us sooner.
Well, my updated roster on the day of the trip doubled. I’d now need to reserve space for 33! I got orders squared away and called BJ’s, hoping for the best.
Dameon, I could sense the smile in his voice, didn’t panic or hesitate. He said the team at BJ’s was more than capable of taking care of our group. I gave him the orders and told him we would see him in an hour.
We pulled up and was seated immediately to water and coloring sheets. Liz, our server (Yes, one server for 33 children under 14!), went around and took drink and surprise pazookie orders!
In 15 minutes, it seemed as though every member of the team came out with food and all 33 children were eating what they ordered!! Not a single mistake!
The children laughed and talked and enjoyed their lunch while Liz attentively and patiently waited on each and every one of them!
Dessert came and went and not a single child had any complaints. They loved their experience and we hope to be welcomed so graciously again in the future!
