Made an online order tonight 1/11/2025 @ 18:14. Everything went like usual until I got home and realized I was missing something. No problem called up the ambassador location @ 1835 and let em know. Hey I’m missing this I can be there in 10 mins if you have it on the counter. (That’s what happened the last few times. I wasn’t handed the last bag.) I’ve never had a problem with this location until tonight. The person y’all have entrusted to be your “manager” decided he was gonna argue and get ridiculous about the 6 tiny pieces of chicken claiming he personally put em in the bag. No sir. I would not have wasted my gas over a 6 piece chicken bite if it weren’t first of all for my screaming toddler and second of all in the bag. I do not appreciate his attempt at accusing me of lying behind something so stupid. I also don't appreciate his attempts of intimidation by pacing around my car in the parking lot as I called other locations (Willow @ 18:51) requesting info on how to speak to the owner. I also don’t appreciate him coming back up to me to argue and try to get almost inside my car even more behind getting my missing item and inquiring his name. All the while the other two employees thinks his behavior is hilarious behind the window. Normal people would call the cops. I don’t see the point of ruining a man’s life behind a 6pc chicken bite. The remaining two employees did manage to get my missing item and get me on my way. I will be attempting to talk to the owner Monday morning if not a higher up manager...
Read moreThis place is about 2 minutes from my apartment. That is the only reason i would ever choose to come to this location. Every employee i've ever talked to seemed rude and acted like they didn't want to talk to me. They are always out of multiple things that are on the menu at any given time. Especially dessert items. This is the type of place that you can bet they will get your order wrong in some way, shape or form about 98% of the time. I'm typing this while sitting in the parking lot waiting on my food to come out when i am the only person who was in the drive thru. While ordering, the lady in the drive thru said there is no difference between a chocolate banana shake and a banana split shake when the banana split costs 79 cents more. I told her that it doesn't make any sense and then she admitted to not knowing the difference. Its obviously something they mix into the shake but seemed like she never heard of something that was on their menu. Save your time and breath dealing with the ignorant employees and take a drive to a different checkers. Trust me. Or maybe give your money to McDonalds or Sonic across the street....

We visited this Checkers today (8/12/2023) and each of us tried to use our coupons for free Big Buford for signing up on the text message alerts. First the woman said she had to put both our orders on one ticket, then said that her system wouldn't accept the coupon, then she said only two people were in the building and that she wasn't going to make free food.
I have never seen an employee with such a horrible work ethic. She literally threw the bags at us and yelled, even though we went way out of our way to be kind and try to be understanding, because she seemed stressed. It wouldn't have been so ridiculous if not for all the numerous signs which read "Text JOIN to #8(something) and receive a coupon for free sandwich" every 10 feet.
Need to close this location, clearly the franchisee does not care. If they did, this wouldn't happen and the place would be cleaner and thr employees would be friendly. I'd...
