Edit 2: Service here has gone into the toilet. The food is okay. The customer service is very poor. The coffee is what you'd expect. Did I mention the service here is terrible? Maybe hire better help and pay them enough so they care enough to actually care about the customer? Also the donuts are below average.
Edit 1: I've tried some of the breakfast offerings, I've enjoyed what I've had so far. Donuts are still just alright.
I do have on particular problem with my experience inside the store.
The dining room has spaces for people to come in and work (small booths with USB ports and outlets for laptops and other devices). It's really nice, but I've found it hard to work due to the loud music played in the store. I'm guessing that it's corporate's fault since the station playing is "Dunkin Radio" or something like that.
The loud music is obnoxious and the pop songs are distracting. Most coffee shops or cafés have music that's pleasant but easily ignored, even if it's loud in peak dining times. Usually when a restaurant plays loud music it means "eat and leave please" so I'm getting mixed messages here. I'm not going to factor this rant into my overall rating of the individual store since I think it's probably corporate's failure....
Read moreI used to manage Java Roaster and am the former owner of New Planet Cafe' - both coffeehouses, so I've always loved a great coffeehouse. Dunkin has always been the flagship of excellence, ever since I have enjoyed them and knew them as a child. So, this particular store would have been a five star review except for one striking thing - the homeless man who reeked of unwashed shoes and pipe smoke who was the only unattractive feature in the entire place. The employees seem to have mercy and give him coffee, which does speak to their attention to the human condition, but detracts from the bottom line. I too, would have mercy on this man, but that he sat in the seat next to mine was the only hindrance in my morning. The place is clean, the food is good, the price is market-normal. It's Dunkin. It's excellent... Even for...
Read moreI like going to Dunkin donuts for the coffee mostly and the breakfast is good because they serve turkey sausage as an option, the hash browns are good but not enough in the package you get about four round ones in the bag. Oh yea two weeks ago I went through the drive up to purchase breakfast for myself and co-workers and my order was all ....wrong I went inside for them to correct it I stood there for 10 minutes trying to their attention; finally got the young lady's to fix it and they were rude, and the manager dropped my food on the counter of the other end from me and walked away didn't say anything of an apology I got back in the car by then my coffee was cooled luckily lid wasn't on good from when they gave it to me and I went to work with a stain on my shirt. I kept a cool head and probably won't...
