Fazoli's — Restaurant in Lafayette

The worst restaurant in the city of Lafayette,In hands down! The general manager there Stephanie is nothing but a bully and it’s obvious that she trains her other managers to be bullies as well! I ordered a online pick up order for 5:45pm during the storm we had 08/07/23 and once i picked up my order and got home I looked at my food and it was completely wrong. So I called the store to speak with a manager and spoke with Tori whom im guessing is either a kitchen manager or assistant manager,soon as I started to explain that my food was made wrong she cut me off to say i was a complete lie because i never was at the store because at quarter till 6 they were shut down due the Tornado we had! Didn’t know we had a Tornado but i did know Lafayette had Tornado warning, but in that same sentence she tells me that i was also lying because she sat there and watch my 2 sandwiches made! Now why she watched my 2 special sandwiches made specifically is a question you would have to ask her but i told her in the upmost respectful way that ma’am I don’t understand y all the hostility and anger towards a paying customer and that i wasnt even upset like people make mistakes and she still insisted i was lying and if i want my food corrected to bring it back! Soon as i got back up there(which they thought i wasn’t going to come because i ate my food) i was meet immediately with hostility and anger by Tori and then here comes the G.M Stephanie automatically accusing me of being wrong and i said look at my receipt it says it right here with no attitude or loudness and all of this is on video and Stephanie gets to talking loud getting upset over idk tbh im guessing because how dare i a paying customer wants my food correct! This is crazy and shameful and they need to b ashamed of themselves but I know they could careless! I was told I couldn’t get my money back after i told them I didn’t trust them making my food after so much anger towards me for no reason so basically im out of 22$! I get a entree’ card for the only Fazoli in Lafayette! Stephanie and her management team really needs to be fired! I didn’t put everything that was said on here but if one of them comes on here to see and read this, how dare yall treat someone that only wanted his food corrected he paid for that yall didn’t make right! Please say i was rude or mad or disrespectful in any kind of way to any of you?? I wasn’t at all and be honest with yourself but I know that wont happen because you all are...

I used to eat here all the time, but hadn’t been back in years until Friday. I met a friend for lunch at 1pm and the first thing I noticed was that the outside trash can was absolutely overflowing. For the store to only be open for 2hrs, it seems unlikely that so much trash accumulated that day. I saw two employees toward the back of the parking lot, one just sitting on the ground talking to another who was getting into their car. Maybe the one sitting could have changed the trash? When I went in to order, there was a smell of garbage. The older lady who took my order was super nice! I went to find a table and only had two to choose from… not because they were crowded (there were only two other groups there eating besides my friend and I), but because all but two tables were absolutely filthy. Maybe there was a lunch rush earlier in the day… I don’t mean to judge… but again, my brain goes back to the employee literally sitting on the concrete in the parking lot. I sat down and looked around… the floor was also absolutely disgusting. Food waste in corners, including browned lettuce. Again, maybe a huge lunch rush and they just didn’t have time to clean… but if the food looks rotten in the floor, it’s likely it’s been there for a while. The food tasted good and I was in good company, so that was a plus! We finished our meal and an employee came around to ask us if everything was ok. Most place where I eat, when I’m finished (plate was completely empty - like I said, the food was great!), someone comes around and offers to clear the table. We both awkwardly started to hand the guy our plates and he just walked away. In the end, awesome customer-facing employee on the register, but the store really needs to be cleaned and cleaned regularly. There’s no excuse for an overflowing garbage outside by the front door shortly after opening. There’s no excuse for filthy tables and floors in the dining area. Great food, but unfortunately, it’ll probably be another several years...

Was incredibly disappointed today! Fazolis used to be my absolute favorite resturant but after today I honestly don't think I will be returning! The employee who took my order was a gentleman named Seth. He seemed absolutely annoyed with the fact he was there taking my order and also seemed to be under the influence of some type of drug. After placing our order it was difficult to find a place to sit because most of the tables were dirty. It was around 2-2:30 pm so it wasn't busy in any way. My grandma and I ordered salads which were horrible. The lettuce seemed like it had been frozen and then unthawed plus had brown spots all over it. I ordered a ceaser and it was literly just lettuce. No cheese no croutons just lettuce and the ceaser dressing. After placing our order we waited 23 mins before we recieved our food and it was COLD!!! Not just a little warm it was literly COLD!!! So I took it up to the manager Kathy and she was less friendly then Seth was. I explained what the issue was and she ROLLED HER EYES AT ME and proceeded to inform me there wasn't anything she could do!?! So we went back to our table and ate our cold pasta dishes. They only gave us 4 breadsticks for my grandma, my daughter, and I. We just figured thats all they had left and they would be around with fresh breadsticks one of my favorite things about Fazolis but that never happen. We were there for ATLEAST an hour and not 1 time did they come around with more bread sticks. It was an incredibly disappointing visit and after how the staff treated us and the food being cold we honestly won't be returning. I'm not really sure why the Fazolies here in Lafayette has went down hill so bad but its extremely sad and hopefully they are able to get things fixed and back together because as it is now I don't think they will be open...
