Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lafayette

Less than 1 star. I ordered a Pick up order online at 4:30 to 445 to get picked up by 5:30. I show up by 517 and get told that my pizza hasn't been started yet. I go outside to sit in my car for the next 10 minutes and go back in to see if my pizza is ready. Nobody comes to the counter to ask About my order. While I'm standing at the counter. Multiple customers came in as well and ordered from the counter and got their pizzas within 5 minutes.. While I was there from 515 to 6 o'clock waiting for 2 pizzas that I preordered online that were supposed to be ready by 5:30. When I first got in at 515 they stated they were making my pizza when I left to my car and came back almost 15 minutes later my pizza still hadn't been started until 545 . By 6:00 I got my pizza rudely handed to me by the older Hispanic lady that work the front counter. Instead of handing me my pizza and maybe apologizing for the wait she put my pizza on the counter and just dtares at me. I then proceed to ask if that was my pizza and she just nodded her head . As I pick up the order they handed me the wrong pizza after 45 minutes of waiting. I got frustrated with the wait so I just asked for a pizza from the warmer but it was disgusting. Dry burnt unedible and hard and seemed like it had been sitting there for the entire day. Completely awful experience. Most the workers look insanely stressed out and tired, I've ordered from here 2 times now and I probably won't again The first time the portal was broken and I waited for like 15 minutes just to talk to some one about getting the order I placed in advance. There's TONS of hand written signs every where. Food last time I didn't have any issues. This time 7/19 my breadsticks in the middle ( about 3 of them ) were a little bit thicker than a pencil and hard as a rock, half of them were burnt and really dry, the Piccadilly I ordered was a deep dish 3 meat and they gave me a deep dish pepperoni which is like 3 or 4 dollar price difference and NOT what I ordered. They almost forgot to give me my crazy sauce but I noticed before I went out the door. I didn't. Check the pizza until I arrived at home because the box said the right pizza.. I should've checked. The bottom was lightly crisp which was great. Sides and toppings were good, my only issue was the dough underneath the toppings was slightly undercooked and doughy/chewy and you could tell it wasn't finished and needed another minute in the oven. My order was not satisfactory so I took it back and the manager thought that it was ok and was very rude and didn't want to replace my order , but she finally did but wasn't happy about it , like what is wrong with people these days , is the customer not right anymore and it's up to rude people to determine if what we paid for satisfactory to us instead of just being nice to customers who are just wanting to feed the grandkids something that's not almost burnt and cold , then she walked away not even concerned about our experience and how we felt as customers, anyway I won't go back to a place that thinks they above the customers well management anyway, the girl at the counter was very nice and understood and didn't have a problem replacing my order so that it actually was HOT N FRESH like they say .. it's not like I wanted my money back almost 17 dollars for a chs and pepperoni pizza which I could have paid that price at any other place in town and got better quality food, the kids picked the place , anyway just my opinion (rant) 🤷 Goodluck little Caesars with management like her working...
