I had came to the mcd9nalds at 4555 Johnston St in Lafayette, Louisiana around 5:20 to pick up an online order. It was a cheeseburger sharable that had 2 no onion, no mustard burgers, 2 medium fries, and 2 10 peice chicken nuggets. We get our food from the drive thru and find that we have only 1 fry and both our cheeseburgers had mustard and no pickles. I asked the lady, who brought out the food for my friend's who order her own, and told the worker. They went back in, after 5 mins came back out only to tell me that because I had begun to eat the fries and took a bite of the burger, which is how I found out it had mustard, that they wouldn't replace it. They told me I'd have to go talk to the manager. I want in and told them that I didn't care about the stupid fry that they didn't give me but I do not eat mustard and want my burgers replaced especially since the tag on the burger said it was correct but it wasn't. She replaced them no problem and we just bought another fry. Get home to eat. Burgers still don't have pickles. This was ridiculous. I live right across the street and never seen so much chaos for something so silly. It's not that hard. I worked at McDonald's. It's okay to make mistakes....
Read moreThis is the worst experience I have had from this location. I typically choose this location over others, not anymore. I came to get myself a cheeseburger and I ordered it with extra ketchup and extra onions like always. I’ve never had any problems ordering it like this in the past. I don’t know if someone was having a bad day or they thought it was funny, but the amount of onions that was put on my sandwich was literally inedible, wasteful, and disrespectful. The onions were literally covering the inside and outside of the burger and were all over the wrapper because there was so many. I could not even eat this sandwich. I tried to call the store to see if they would be willing to remake it or credit me in some way but they refuse to answer the phone. This was just distasteful and I will not be coming to this...
Read moreDo not use the self-serve kiosks. There was no one at the register when i walked in, so i went to the self serve. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, which were charged to my citi card. It gave me a blank receipt. When I told them this, they said they always give black receipts. Then I saw a family that came after me, but ordered from the register, get served. I asked about my food and there were no orders for 2 cheeseburgers. I had been waiting around for 10 minutes at this point and was already border line on getting back to work. I had no receipt to get a refund with. I did confirm the charge on my citi card later. I will have to dispute the charge once it posts. Just frustrating because they have clearly known about the problem but continue to leave them...
