Okay so my husband's been begging me to bring him home a bagel. He's handicapped and can't get out and I told him if he'd tell me what he wanted I would get him. His bagel. Went in this morning got in line where we've always stood only to see a longer line to my left. I thought those were the people who had ordered were waiting for their order and needed to pay. No, it turns out they've changed where the lines line up. They ignore the people waiting over where we thought we were supposed to wait and by the time someone was kind enough to share this with me, everybody was ignoring me and that includes the staff. The line was over a dozen people deep. I don't know how businesses expect to retain customers when it takes you over an hour to get a bagel? Which is what people in line were telling me. I couldn't wait. I can't leave my husband alone that long I walked out And for the record, I want to say that I don't think it's the staff's fault. There were only two people on duty this morning and they were racing around like chickens but the bottom line is there weren't enough of them and the signage for where you do what...
Read moreI would like to start by saying that the staff are pretty friendly, although one of the young men at this location either has a sinus condition or.... Well, you get the idea.
Anyway, picked up an order this morning and the order consisted of a chicken club and lochs and smear bagel. Got home, opened the package for the lochs and smear and, you guessed it, just lochs and smear. normally when you order locks and smear you will get tomatoes onions Capers and whatever else the house wants to throw on it. Maybe it was my mistake in not being explicit enough with my order, but the expectation for more than just those two ingredients isn't that big of an ask.
The real problem with the order was that my wife's Chicken Club Bagel tasted moldy, and turned her off from eating the remainder.
Noah's, I really love your bagels, but this location needs a major tune-up. Not going here again...
Read moreThe time on our receipt read 12:42. We got our food at 1:24. It was a simple order of 3 sandwiches. In those 42 minutes I had the chance to observe the ineptitude of this business. I saw 8 different employees, 1 takes the orders, 1 works the register, 2 watch the screen and craft the orders. The other 4 employees just seem to walk from place to place without doing anything...back to the front to the back again. From what I can tell the owner monitors reviews, but it seems to be nearly the same response for the last year to the multiple 1 star reviews asking folks to go online and submit another response. After such a poor experience do you really expect customers to spend another 10 minutes of their time filling out some online form? If you haven't figured out your issues by now you might want to consider another...
