No stars, absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a party pack, the chicken was old and tasted as if there was a bacteria that had grown on it. It was slimy, sticky, and definitely not stored at the right temperature. I haven't ever had this problem at any Raising Cane's, including this one. I contacted the manager, and wrote an email to Raising Cane's corporate. The manager I spoke with didn't contact me back in reference to this occurrence and I didn't receive anything back from corporate. Keep in mind, this was a party pack so I ordered many many sauces to go with it as well as sides of fries, and Texas toast. The Texas toast was up to par, but the fries go with the chicken so therefore only a side of fries was eaten. The sauces are expensive enough but the fact that not one piece of chicken in the pack didn't taste like mildew and when I contacted the store itself and a team member told me that their chicken is never like that when I asked to speak to the manager not him, and that the manager or corporate never contacted me back is unacceptable and an improper way to run a store let alone this...

Until, Feb 1st 2017 I've been to Cane's in New Orleans, Baton Rouge and other location in Lafayette never an issue. Chicken must have been undercooked not sure, but it tasted sort of burnt, fries weren't hot like they usually are. Bottom line is I was sick for two days. First bad experience with Cane's and last bad experience with Cane's. I called corporate asking for a refund. Received a call from the store manager offering a gift card, why would I want a gift card to a restaurant that caused my guest and I to become ill?
