I have been fired for supposeble having a sarcastic attitude about a schedule!

Every since I told my store manager Swakeia Broussard about me being pregnant, she's been giving me a hard time! Last Monday she let me work front counter and drive thru by myself.. she sat in the office the entire time, also let a manager that wasn't in uniform work the floor with street clothes on and a head scarf on as well, while she ran to another store to get a box of beef! She got mad at me for eating a soft taco and told me we are not allowed to eat free.. but turned around and ate free herself with the manager that worked the floor! I was sweating, breathing heavy, and felt like I was about to pass out and she didn't wanna let me take a ten min break! Today, Tuesday, December 20 she was refusing to sign my paper work for the unemployment office! She snatched the paper away and said she's not giving me the distric managers number! The distric manager Mrs. Vivian was suppose to investigate the situation in three days she said.. but as of today it's been a week and still not heard anything from her! Swakeia also has other managers clocking her in for a certain time and she doesn't show up until 2-3 hours later! The order : Two Large Baja Blast Freezes

My boyfriend and I went though the drive-thru to order two large drinks. We get to the window, and the first thing that happens is they try to give us someone else’s order and our drinks were never prepared.

Then they attempt to give us not two large, but two regular sized freezes instead. It was a female on headset and a male on register. When my boyfriend told her that “no, we ordered two large,” she informed us that we in fact did not and we were to take the regulars instead of what we had ordered.

This turned into an argument. We were 100% fine with being charged for large drinks. We always get the large. However she was insistent that No We Were To Take the Regulars and demanded we get out of the lane.

The boyfriend had enough of that and just asked for a refund. We don’t want anything from this place; I don’t trust staff that puts things into their system wrong and tells me I’m wrong when they make a mistake.

If I could give zero stars I would. Management and staff were rude. My order was wrong and myself and boyfriend went inside to just get a full refund. We asked to speak with a manger-Latasha(The general manager) Asia (assistant manger) not sure which one we spoke with because nobody was wearing a name tag. We explained to her how we wanted a refund due to the order being wrong. We got 9 tacos instead of the 12 we paid for and us having to back up from the window in drive thru to wait for our food. Manager was not polite and cut us off as we are explain to her why we wanted the refund to tell us there was 12 tacos. At this point we shouldn’t be going back and forth like we did with her due to her mess up of not being able to count correctly after we counted them twice to be sure.
