I only stopped by here because the one closer to me and my work was closed for food in Broomfield unfortunately but the employees working in Flatirons were transferred to this branch guess and there is this one indian employee who is absolutely incompetent, he doesn't know English that well and he doesn't even bother to listen, has a horrible accent and Everytime I stop by and he is there, he makes my experience very unpleasant and very disappointing. This person should not work there because they clearly don't care about their job.
The lovely young lady working there, Ally, totally turned things around, tried to listen and help out as best as she could and she made my day and changed my experience within minutes and those people should not only get a raise but that they deserve to be recognized.
My ratings would have been way worse but Ally is the reason I am giving more stars and a better review. I hope the store manager recognizes that and takes appropriate actions to remedy this problem because it is not acceptable to have an "employee" just work there when they don't know how to do their job, have a poor customer service especially when the only thing they know how to say is "no", "nope" and refuse to help or don't make the effort to serve the customer.
I work in a job where I deal with people and I try to make it my priority to learn what I need to just in case an issue arises so that I am able to serve the customer and make sure they are taken care of. I would not have them leave the store feeling the way I do when I'm dealing...
Read moreI received half of my order via DoorDash which is not the fault of the store or manager. I called the store and Sierra was super kind, friendly, and offer VIP cards for the problem. A few days later, I entered the store to claim the cards and there was a lady who the absolutely unnecessarily rude and problematic. The woman claimed to "not be in charge" and "can't help because she had to call [Sierra]" to help due to Sierra already leaving for the day. I told her I can wait if she wanted to call. She seemed annoyed and then ask "what did I ordered" I told her six smoothies with food. Then the woman walked away mid-sentence to the back. After a min or two, she came back to the front and started waving these paper cards in my face saying " you can only get four because two of your smoothies was delivered." Um ok cool. Once I looked at the cards, they were expired on 12/31/21 and I asked "if the cards are okay to use since it states that they are expired." The lady rolled her eyes and stated "I'm super busy and the cards never expired" then proceed to walk away. I just left because I just can't. Anyways, I will never go back to that location due to the woman and I hope she finds a better job if she can't handle the day to day of working at...
Read moreIf I could give a Zero or a Negative I would but Google won't let me. I received an email about National Flip-Flop Day at Tropical Smoothie Café. It said if you wore flip-flops and visited between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. you could get a free smoothie. I had not been to my local store and decided to give it a try and made a detour while running errands.
I got up to the counter and the attendant said I needed some sort of paper or coupon or something which I did not have. The lady after me said she saw this offer on the Today Show on television and they did not say anything about paper coupons. There was a family, and I am assuming with some friends who got out of minivan in the parking lot, probably about 8 or 9 total. They all were wearing flip-flops. I did not stick around long enough to see how they resolved the situation.
I got home and looked at their website regarding National Flip-Flop Day. In smaller print, there was some text stating the Terms and Conditions Applied. I tried to locate the terms and conditions on the website without success.
The question comes down to this. Is this coupon requirement a local thing or a national thing? I don’t know. And I probably will not be patronizing this...
