CEFCO Convenience Store — Local services in Lago Vista

I hate people that complain a lot. If you don't like something on TV turn it off. If you don't like something on the radio, turn it off. But in this instance I need to complain about stupidity. Cefco in Lago Vista is a stupid store. I have a medium size cup that I like to reuse so I'm not doing unnecessary filling in our landfills. So I go in with my medium sized cup, get some ice, get some Gatorade in my fountain drink cup and go to the register. The lady tells me that'll be a $1.72. Now I have a circle k cup and I thought clearly she could see this was just a refill. But I reminded her, this is just a refill. She said yes that's the refill price. As I'm reaching into my pocket, I ask, " how much is a brand new cup with the same drink in it? $1.27. So cost me more to refill a cup than it does to go in and waste a new cup. Now look, I'm not dumb. I realize what I'm complaining about. If this is as bad as my cushy American life gets maybe I had to call it a draw and just be happy. I can't let this one go. To charge me more for a refill tells me you don't want my business. So I aim to oblige. It's not going to hurt cefco. They'll go on and do just fine without my business. But I will feel better about myself knowing that I'm not adding to the lunacy of this store and their pricing. So, pound sand...

Called to ask if they have propane before I drove there and the lady on the phone was super rude. When she answered she just said “Cefco” so I said “hi I was just wondering if you guys have propane?” And she responded “I don’t know you have to come check for yourself.” and then hung up on me. She is literally right there and couldn’t even check for me. Terrible...

It’s becoming a problem every time I pump gas there is never paper for receipt,this makes me not want to go there anymore can’t leave grandchildren in car to go get receipt , even when bad weather or cashier has a line of customers don’t have time to make a line...
