Arby's — Restaurant in LaGrange

I ordered a Kings Hawaiin meal. I get half way across town chomping on my fries.. and what do you know.. I have a sloppy small sandwich with some type of spicy sauce with a bite taken out of it. I called up there to inform. they said yes your sandwich is right here ready for you. i was fine with that.. I came back. cashier currently assisting other customer. No biggie, I wait my turn. he finishes with customer.. looks at me, then takes the burger off the tray put it in the bag and slide it on the counter. No I'm sorry for the mix up.. No nothing!!! I walk up to counter I hand him the other bag with the burger that was bit into and he says no you can keep that! I replied why would i keep a burger that was bit into?! I'm upset now.. he backs up like he dont want any problems. So I asked for fries! He drops fries in bag. I said thank you and was out of there. The cashier could have handled that situation better. I'm a easy going person.. had he explained it was a mixup or ATLEAST a sorry I would not have been the least upset.. after all he was the one that gave me the wrong order at the drive thru in the first place! Next time a customer gives you back food that wasnt right throw the food away! there is NO REASON why that food should have been sitting anywhere near new orders at all!! I hate being THAT person towards anyone but this could have been...

Fantastic location! Our order was made hot and fresh and promptly. Staff was very friendly and helpful, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and put a smile on the whole families faces with their gracious attitude and banter or engagement with us as customers. The place was clean and atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food was absolutely delicious and impeccable. We absolutely loved it and always enjoy visiting this Arby's in Lagrange because they're so very kind and courteous and we've never had any issues or problems here, granted we ever do I'm 100% confident they'd make sure it was corrected since they're always striving to keep their customers content...

It was not up to our spectations we went though drive Thur and we had coupons we had 1 coupon for 2 for 6.00 dollars it was the French dip sandwiches then one coupon for a free one we were charged 14.75 cents for this meal and it was all wrong they don't do the best they can they hire people that have no experience on the order taking so we were ripped off our order should of been no more then 9.00 dollars we will not return back to that place to eat not after what we went though we kept telling the order person that the whole thing was wrong but we didn't even get a receipt so I would give Arbys a 2.4...
