Miami Made — Restaurant in LaGrange

My husband ordered the shrimp basket. The portion size was very small. Also, he ordered a side of chicken gizzards which again was a small serving. I ordered jumbo lemon pepper wings and fries. He asked for ketchup, ranch, and tartar sauce for the condiments. The wings didn’t have any lemon pepper on them but they were sprinkled with dry ranch. I am unsure if they misunderstood or just did what they wanted to do. Even the condiments were wrong!

The customer service wasn’t that great. It was very hard to understand the lady who took our order. Then we had to wait for about 15 minutes on the side of the building in a line of cars while one young lady brought out order after order.

So, people are pretty spot on in saying that the customer service needs some work and that more than not something will be wrong with y our order. If they read these reviews and fix these things they could definitely be a 4 or...

When we moved here from Michigan 3 years ago, we passed by this establishment. My wife and I tried it and we were pleased. As time has gone by, we have noticed that whomever had been managing it must have moved on. The experience of today (5/30/20) was horrible and I will not be returning. We live 20 minutes away and decided to go there for lunch. After the initial visit and long wait, we got our order and came home to a partial order. I called and the number is a cell phone with no answering machine and no way to leave a message . We go back and ask for my order, then I asked for a fresh order and they tried to re-heat my original food by putting it back Into the oil. Needless to say that it was hard and I returned it. I will not ever return to this restaurant again.

They have some of the best food in town! I love their fried chicken livers meal. Everything is cooked to order and fresh. HOWEVER, with that being said, the wait is CRAZY! There have been times where I've actually called in my order, and still had to wait in line 20 mins just to get to the speaker to tell them I called in my order. THEN, I waited an additional 30 mins to get to the window and be told to pull to the side and wait for my order. But then there's times when the wait has been less than 15 mins from start to finish.
