Granger Park Playground — Attraction in LaGrange

Great location, some people have an issue with "certain people" and their "nighttime activities" me and my wife and kids are there alot and have not been witness to anything except occasional weed smoking (which if it was patrolled more frequent that would be eliminated) otherwise good place. Wish the park and rec would take better care of the basketball court ( repair cracks in court, replace broken nets) the outdoor fitness center is new and the track is in good shape. Could use a good water fountain and cameras to protect...

Great park. My kids and I loved it. Fun for the whole family. Although it could use some smaller slides for the younger kids like 3 and under. And the playground could use just a little TLC. I loved that there was an exercise area with some equipment (outside for anyone wondering). I'll definitely be taking my kids back!!! This park has everything. Finally a brand-new playground at Granger Park! I'll miss the nostalgia of taking my kids to play on the same stuff that I played on as a kid with the exception of burning ourselves on the stainless steel slide. That particular slide had been polished to a mirror-like finish over the last 40+ years and was essentially a stovetop. Anyhow, the new equipment looks super nice and I can't wait...
