When I got there at 10:30 and waited in a very long line which, I didn’t mind I placed my order for all the items I was looking for when I got up to the the window at 10:46 am the lady at the window said we out of grits and it’s time to go anyway (😳 REALLY ? )Do you really tell a consumer it’s time to close and go anyway and then I also ask her while she was taking my order if she would add a drink on she didn’t say anything. So when I got to the window she said we out of drinks we only have sweet tea. Again do you really train your employees to dismiss any request from your consumers who HELP keep YOUR BUSINESS UP AND RUNNING. You should be ashamed to have people like this working for you. Or did you train them to disrespect and dismiss the fact that they requested some thing that you didn’t want to make a little before it was time to go. If I could give y’all a half of a half star for that very moment I would. Please train your people to do better because this is definitely unacceptable. It’s not bad! I think the food was solid. I ordered a steak, egg and cheese sandwich on toast. It wasn’t really steak though, it was like rib meat “steak” that you get from school but what do you expect for something that is $3? It was still very tasty though. The eggs were definitely real, cooked fresh and were hot and melty with cheese. The prices are excellent. I do think they need a big cash only sign somewhere on the menu for the drive thru though and on the window just to tell people before they order. I drove in at 11 am, nobody greeted me at the menue board so after a few minutes I drove around only to be told rudely "We are closed, we closed at 11" when I ask why the orange cones were not out signifying they were indeed closed, I only got a empty stare and a open mouth, rolling eye stare! So glad they never got, nor never will recieve any of my business!
