If I could give zero stars I would. This is hands down the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The customer service is horrible. They always have the inside closed and so when you do a mobile order, you still have to wait in the drive thru line. What’s the point? Also, they are out of stuff constantly (donuts, cream, whipped topping, etc.) The biggest issue I have had with them is the constant excuse of staffing shortages effecting how they run their business. I get it! I know the pandemic has caused a lot of issues with businesses, however, this is legitimately the only place in Lagrange that consistently uses this as an excuse to poorly run their business. Each time I have visited this place they always have at least 5-8 people working.The worst example of their terrible service was when a truck driver could not even come in the dining room to place an order because they had their dining room closed. I mean this is connected to a truck stop and so how do you expect these drivers to get an order if they cannot come inside?!? It’s not like they can drive an 18 wheeler in the drive thru. Read moreWhile me and my sweet girlfriend were ordering our coffee and donuts. They were being very rude and were having trouble keeping up on what we were ordering. My girlfriend ordered 2 Boston cream donuts and when she bought it, they finally told us they didn't have it after she paid. And when we replaced them with chocolate donuts, we saw one donut was laying upside down on the bottom of the bag. Then when we were getting our coffee my girlfriend noticed that her coffee was missing her mocha swirl in her coffee which she clearly ordered and said what she wanted so we wanted it remade and they gave us the most inappropriate look at us for asking it to be made properly. And they still missed some ingredients to put in her order and she had more ice In it which she didn't want. These people act like untrained 5 year olds that don't know what they are doing and are not very nice people. Please don't waste your time with these hog goblins that won't serve you properly. You are going to be very disappointed. The food is good but their execution on service and how the order is served on what we want is extremely poor. Read moreI recently went to this DD and the lady in the drive-thru was not very welcoming. I asked for a Medium blueberry Coolata and they gave me a small. When I let her know I asked for a medium she refused to give me one and I even offered to pay they difference but she said because I already paid it was to late. When my sister drink her coolata she said it was very watered down like it had been sitting on the counter for a while. I called and asked to speak with a manager the guy I spoke to didn't sound like the manager at all but claimed he was. He didn't know what the drink was suppose to be like, taste like, nor did he know the texture, and he was very hesitant. I let him know the problems I had with my Blueberry coolata and he said he couldn't help in any type of way. He didn't even offer to give me a new one. DD have completely lost my services. I have a Starbucks closer to my house anyway and they will be getting my services from now...
